  Great location - it’s literally a few mins walk from the OsakaTemmangu JR station and the Minami-Morimachi Metro station. It’s also a walkable distance to the Osaka Castle Park (coz whether you opt to take public transport or on foot it’s both gonna take you around 40mins) Interior - decent and modern. Would have been better if there’s more storage space in the room. I’ve stayed at other Daiwa Roynet hotels and some had ample shelves that allow very convenient storing of items. Amenities - there are coffee tea and some basic amenities like toothbrush, cleaning oil etc at the lobbyFacilities - there are coin operated laundries which we didn’t use. There is also a seating area at the lobby with free coffee machine as well as a microwave which could be quite useful. There’s also a public bath, it’s not big but sufficient if you want to relax at the end of a long day. They also use showerheads from Refa which I enjoyed. Overall a very pleasant stay.

  Couldn't complain about anything for a three star hotel the size of the room was fairly decent. The room was quiet, centrally located, about a 10 mins walk from the nearest metro station. Staff were friendly and spoke a decent amount of english.The hotel doesn't have a decent breakfast for vegetarians though so I'd recommend if you are a vegan/vegetarians don't bother buying breakfast or the B&B package.The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant place however offers breakfast at a nearby cafe di espresso,we had no vegetarian options whatsoever and only ate jam and bread and a cup of coffee since we are vegetarians and don't consume egg. We skipped breakfast the following day as the hotel had a coffee machine that could be used throughout the day,which also served better coffee than what they had at breakfast!

  Loved this hotel in Osaka ....

  This hotel was gorgeous. Staff are lovely. Our twin room was spacious with very comfortable beds and, again, plug in facilities for all our electronic devices without having to use our international plugs. Coffee, tea, etc on tap 24 hours in the lobby and, for those who travel with no pyjamas or toiletries, all was provided in the room. Weird & wonderful was that you could put your laundry in the washer/dryers and see from the screen in your room when it was finished and ready for you to go back & collect it. Train stations are close to hand. A huge shopping mall down to the right of the exit but if you want to find good eating places turn left from the exit and you will only have to walk a few hundred metres to find many choices.

  Great value - clever design - decent breakfast

  I got an amazing low price to stay in early January - so low I was a bit concerned it might be too basic - but what a gem of a hotel! I would definitely stay here again. My single room was small, but very cleverly designed not to feel cramped , and it was very well equipped. It had a kettle, and fridge, I could open the window, the bathroom was well laid out though small. Breakfast was included and consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, a selection of salads, fresh fruit and pastries - not extensive, but pretty good. I love the quirky decor.   Stayed here for 4nights with breakfast. Breakfast was minimal as it is a relatively small hotel. Location is great, close to the subways.Bed is very comfortable and size of the room (twin room with sofa bed) is spacious so we had lots of room for our huge luggages and shopping bags. Bathtub and toilet is amazingly clean! They also have an onsen as well as different lifts for women going to the onsen, which I thought was very well thought out from them.Overall, I'd definitely come back.
