    Stayed here 5 days. The room was ok and location decent too. what shocked me was the terrible service from reception (during check in and check out) and cleaning staff. They were different each time...

    飲みさしのペットボトルが冷蔵庫に残されており、 いきなり気分を害されました。責任者は、清掃管理を まともに行なっていないことがよくわかりますね。 今まで泊まってきたホテルの中で、飲みさしの ペットボトルが残っていたのは初めてでした。 終わってます。そして、朝食ですがやよい軒の 定食でもなくホテルオリジナルとのことで はっきり言ってしょぼいです。 やよい軒の定食選ばせてくれる方が マジなレベルです。

    離心齋橋、難波都非常的近，地鐵到難波站與梅田也近，所以去大阪哪裡都方便，主要住宿非常舒適，生活機能又好，備品該給的都給，隔音效果也相當不錯，會是去心齋橋住宿的第一選擇，房間雖小，但要攤開26寸行李箱也是相當足夠的，所以建議大家都要去住宿喔。

    離心齋橋地鐵7/8號出口近（三分鐘走程）。 方便，附近有7-11與全家超商等，居酒屋及摩斯漢堡都有，機能相當便利，真的非常熱推此住宿。超棒喔。
