    Great location!The staff did not want to interact with us, breakfast was dreadful! Cold, you had to ask for clean cups, butter, bread for toast, jam. The tables were dirty and there were no staff in dining room.

    The hotel itself was not to bad but the breakfast service was discussing to say the least the rudeness and service was really bad on that alone I would not recommend to the service person actually slapping out hands to running out of food and cutlery Yelling at people to wait when I asked for a tea cup so very disappointed

    The hotel is OK, pretty standard fir Japan. Decent location. I would not bother with breakfast though - mostly overcooked processed meat and a few vegetable side dishes. The room is quite small for the number of guests, difficult finding a table.

    Friendly staff. Room cleaning can be requested everyday however it is still quite dustry. Bed is still ok.The room has a constant humming noise in the background which might not be suitable for light sleeper. Location is near don quijote mega store and shinsekai.
