  Beware of busy Osaka Station!

  The location can be polarizing. My husband and I were traveling to Osaka for the first time, and I hated being right above the busy Osaka train station, but he found it convenient. This station is huge and crowded, so it’s difficult to find your way to the hotel (at least at first). The hotel itself is very nice. The staff is all very kind and the rooms were great. Loved the view of the city from our room on the 25th floor, and even though we were above the station, the hotel was so quiet. Lots of restaurants and cafes are easily accessible and supposedly have discounts for hotel guests but we weren’t able to redeem at any that we went to. There are designated elevators for hotel guests to help avoid the congestion of the train station and shops below.

  The location is superb! It’s located literally inside the Osaka JR station, about 1 min walk directly to the JR Osaka Central Gate. Hotel staff were very helpful and room was spacious with good WiFi and good view of the city.

  Stayed with family for only 1 night. But that was enough to feel the hospitality and extreme helpfullness of the staff. Rooms are large, functional, clean and with good ammenities. Good restaurant options in the same building with discounts for guests.   Good location, great Service

  Stayed in December. Very convenient as it is built above a major train hub (local and inter-city), close to buses to the airport. All Rooms on the top floors, so view is great, especially if the room looks outside.The service was above and beyond.   This hotel has the most convenient location in regards with public transport, shopping malls, eateries and entertainment. My room was quite clean and had the necessities of a comfortable stay. Saying that I had no safe and iron in my room which was a bit unexpected.Concierge, reception, restaurants and housekeeping staff were extremely attentive and provided the best service. Buffet breakfast had a decent variety of local and international foods and drinks.
