    Friendly staff made me very welcome. Big hot bath, laundry, convenience store right across road, everything you need, right? Only downside was breakfast. More for Japanese than Westerners. Anyway, they have a really good chain and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

    Budget hotel. The rooms were basic, a kettle was supplied but there were no tea/coffee supplies to go with it. No bottled water etc. The carpet in my room was dirty and stained. Handy if one had to catch an very early flight from Osaka airport, but otherwise avoid. The hotel did seem busy with flight-crews as it was so close to the airport. Breakfast area was very clean, mostly supplied with Japanese style breakfast items, though there was orange juice, yoghurt and danishes avaiable.

    Free shuttle bus to/from ITM airport. Breakfast buffet costs 1,100JPY but it is beyond breakfast -- curry, fried chicken etc. in addition to regular breakfast menu (mostly Japanese but some western). 24-hour convenience store (Seven Eleven) just across the street for beer, wine and snacks. 9th floor is "Executive" floor - slightly larger rooms and electronic massage chair. Public bath on the ground floor is large and relaxing. A bit outdated but overall very satisfactory. Wi-fi is free and good signal strength.

    Decent business hotel near the domestic airport

    This is a pretty convenient hotel located near the Itami Airport. There is an onsite onsen facility at the first floor. Staff were friendly and check in was efficient. Many flight attendants use this hotel and check in late at night. Rooms were small and typical of Japan business budget hotels. Hotel walls was pretty thin and you can hear the neighbouring room if they talk or even sneeze. Breakfast was alright though it quickly got boring after a few days. Early check in or late check out are all chargeable. There is a complimentary shuttle to the airport in the morning, but unlikely to be of any use for people checking in the afternoon. It takes approximately 10-15 minute to walk from the airport or the nearest train station to the hotel.

    This hotel is located really close to Itami Airport, with free transfer services between the hotel and the airport.Our room was comfortable and we were able to get a good night's sleep before the long journey back to Spain the following day.All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
