  very good hotel, it has free coffee in the morning. has laundry and dryer, you can exchange your money for coins. very near rinku town

  Ordinarily I would have given a 4 review for this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, well laid out and amenities were good.However, whilst it is located a handy 10 minute walk from Rinku Town station, it is located right at the cnr of a busy dual carriageway with a set of traffic lights.There is absolutely NO SLEEP to be had, the traffic noise was exceptionally loud and constant in our room, all night. It is close to a medical facility so we also had sirens going throughout the night. We contacted the manager via reception staff, but the managers response was that “motorcycle noise was not caused by, so therefore not the fault of the hotel”.My understanding is that people pay to stay at a hotel in order to sleep and rest. Therefore I have an expectation that the room I am paying for should allow me to have a restful sleep. We booked and paid for two nights, but moved to another hotel for our second night, even though we are now out of pocket.My recommendation is to AVOID staying here if you value your quality of sleep.

  Comfortable stay near Kansai Airport

  I recently stayed at Hatago Inn Kansai Airport, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and compact, offering everything I needed for a comfortable night. The hotel is conveniently located near a 24-hour supermarket, a convenience store, and several other amenities, which made it easy to grab meals and essentials.One standout moment was when I arrived at night from Kurashiki, with my luggage forwarded to the hotel. Unfortunately, I couldn’t open one of my suitcases. Despite the late hour (around midnight), Miss Mukai, who speaks very good English, and Mr. Fujimoto kindly offered me tools to open it. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made a big difference, and I was truly grateful for their support.While the hotel is only a short walk from the station, the journey is not very convenient if you have large or heavy luggage, as there is no escalator and only one lift in the area to assist with luggage movement especially when it’s dark at night. All in all, it’s a great value hotel with helpful staff, ideal for a short stay near the airport.

  Good hotel, but not 5 minute walk to the station as advertised!!!!

  The hotel has good rooms and is very clean. BUT IT'S NOT 5 MINUTES WALK TO THE STATION AS ADVERTISED. This was a big problem for myself as I was travelling with elderly parents. They don't even offer an airport transfer (my bad for not checking). Best to go to OMO hotel, which is next to the sation. Yes, OMO is more expensive, but if you have people that can't walk long distances, you should NOT CHOOSE HATAGO INN.

  Good stay before morning flight next day

  We stayed here because we have a morning flight to catch the next morning. Around 10 minutes walk from the nearest station wow, you have closer options. On the other hand, Hotel is new super clean and tidy Staff is also passionate, helpful and patient Also, they have her public bath, not onsen which open also for long hours so you can relax before you go to Airport Breakfast Was simple and easy.
