    We only stayed one night to be close to Edion Arena but I was very happy with the room and it was a great budget price. The check in staff were lovely , they handed over our mail without asking ( that they had received on our behalf ). The room was nice and clean but will say that I thought the pillows were not soft or comfortable , but the bathroom was nice and it had plenty of hot water. The reception staff also held our bags for the day while we attended Sumo at Edion Arena. The hotel was very close to Nakatsu Subway station , just a couple of minutes walk at most. They had complimentary tea and coffee and personal bathroom items. I would definitely stay with them again. Thank you

    Ok, but very uncomfortable pillows and dated hotel.

    Was my first stop throughout my Japan portion of trip . Hotel was dated. Pillows had beads and went flat. I even tried their buffet. First morning, due to language barrier, I didn’t pay. Second day I did and paid for both when I tried to pay day before. Waitress thought I was ordering sake. Lights made room gloomy. I was on a high floor so view wasn’t bad. Phone wasn’t up to date. Aging on furniture. Couldn’t wear hotel gown due to my size.Probably wouldn’t book again, but it had more space than the next hotel in Tokyo I went to. I didn’t have to store my luggage outside and on another floor.

    Efficient, Affordable and Good Location

    We stayed here a few years ago and they continue to offer smallish, clean and quiet rooms served up by a patient and attentive staff at an affordable rate. The rooms are small but was more than made up for by the great location near subway stops, the train station and multiple shopping/dining areas within a short walk. We stayed her four nights and had the buffet breakfast each morning for around $7.50. The buffet had many items to choose from, including a fresh salad bar, omelets, bacon, pancakes with jam, croissants, Japanese fare such as picked veggies, seared fish, rice, miso soup, coffee and juice.

    Good Location. 8 min walk to Umeda and Nakatsu metro statiosn. Rooms were clean and fine for the price. Breakfast was average. What WE DIDN'T LIKE was - Staff couldn't arrange cabs for us to go the airport!! In the morning,we told the staff to call cabs for us for 4pm in the evening, and they told us at the last minute that they were not able to call any cabs. What kind of hotel doesn't have a tie up with any cab companies? We had to walk with our luggage and 4 year old child to next street to stop cabs running on the street, which was very inconvenient and made us 20 minutes late.

    Hotel is conveniently located near to the Osaka Metro which makes it well placed for travelling into and around the city. The hotel itself was a little hard to find, look for the tall pink building. When we arrived the staff spoke very little English, enough to get by with check in. They held onto our bags until check in time which was appreciated. The room itself was nice, small like usual Japanese hotels but enough for us.Breakfast however was very average. The first day we had breakfast a member of staff gestured for us to sanitise our hands, no issue however then proceeded to not ask any Japanese customer to sanitise theirs. This improved on our subsequent visits however we found ourselves finding other things to eat outside of the hotel buffet after breakfast time.A lot of the food was lukewarm, especially the bacon. I'd stay here again, but possibly not partake in the breakfast in future.
