    Think my title pretty much nails this place. Absolutely fine for a one nighter. Rooms small but we are getting used to that. Just a 10 minute walk underground from Umeda Station. Castle and Neon light areas all within a 40 minute walk.Did the job but perhaps not then place for a romantic liaison. Or perhaps it is,if you like to get up close and personal in 3m3.Cioa.     The hotel location is not very good, need walk around 12-15 mins from jr / metro station but have a subway which walking easily. The hotel locate at some porn place , but many restaurants around the hotel.The room is clean and huge, without noisy.     Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner on our first visit to Osaka. The hotel is in a good location, close to the metro and the main Osaka station so very easy to get around (however the underground can be very confusing so ask the hotel staff for a map)The room was small but standard for Japan, bed was comfy, good heating and good WiFi.Breakfast was great, lots of Japanese and western choices.Hotel staff were very polite and friendly.Lots of great restaurants minutes away.I would stay again.
