    Good hotel but needs minor changes

    It was a good sized room, with a great shower room, extremely clean and attentive staff. However there was a sofa bed in the twin room which meant the twin beds were up against each other and the wall. Staff member did manage to rearrange to enable a small 6 inch gap between the twin beds but if the sofa bed was removed it would be a much more comfortable and practical room for two people. You would also then be able to reach the curtain. Breakfast was very disappointing and in fact we skipped it and went to the 7-Eleven for a smoothie and egg sandwich. Minor changes could really improve this hotel.

    Worst night sleep I ever had on vacation the "beds" are wood planks with a sheet pulled over.

    The rooms are okayish. We had one issue with the booking of a room and the personnel was less than helpful. The breakfast was disgusting.

    My choice whenever I stay in Osaka (about once a year). Nice, quiet room with great shower and bath. Highly professional staff who are eager to help. Great location just outside the busy tourist centers, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby and some lovely old buildings, walkable to several train and subway lines. Can't beat it for the price.

    Staff were exceptional. Rooms were on the small size but that’s typical for Japan. All you can drink water bottles was a plus. Cant really say anything bad about this hotel. Location was on the quieter side.
