A bit dated room, but nice hotel

We booked a superior room for 4 people. Overall the experience was good.Check inEfficient and professional. We asked for an upgrade, but the price was expensive so we declined.RoomsNeat and tidy and but dated actually. Two queen beds for four people but the room was not cramped at all. Large and nice bathroom made up for the dated decor.LocationPretty good near Umeda, however I think next time I'd stay closer to Shinsaibashi or Namba for the more tourist vibe.Overall nice location, and happy with what we paid.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff were incredible and the breakfast restaurant (and Picasso art) were incredible. The service was incredible.The hotel is in a lovely area, very close to good restaurants and trains.Like many hotels in Japan, it’s situated in a huge shopping centre, which is unusual to European travelers, but this was incredible. Stay here! You won’t regret it

This was a great stay. Hotel room was good size by Japanese standards and a well appointed hotel. Awesome civilised breakfast in quiet environment makes nice change from noisy buffets. Staff very accomodating and helpful. Great location and easy walk to Umeda shops and easy access to Osaka metro. Shops and restaurants within hotel made this a great introduction to Japan which sadly wasn’t lived up to in subsequent accomodation. Would opt to stay here in a heartbeat

Elegant hotel

An elegant hotel which has an art deco feel to it. The lobby is beautiful and had the most wonderful display of flowers which you could smell every time you entered. Staff were very polite and professional, you are personally shown to your room and your luggage taken for you. There were pyjamas available (changed daily) and an excellent and abundant selection of tea's and coffee. The amenities in the bathroom were of an excellent quality. There wasn't a lot of space to hang clothing and one of the chairs in the room felt that the underside was broken (so we didn't dare sit on it). We didn't eat in any of the restaurants there and are unable to comment on those. An excellent hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed staying at.

Great hotel in central Osaka

Very nice modern highrise hotel in the center of Osaka. Close to the Osaka-Umeda train stations, restaurants and shopping. Great views. The hotel is large and hosts a lot of weddings and other events. It also has multiple restaurants though the only one we patronized was the excellent pastry shop in the bottom floor.
