  Direct access to everything!

  The hotel has a direct access to everything! Easily reachble by metro, the metro is connected to a mall and that is where the hotel is. The hotel is located on the 9th floor. On the B1 floor and 8th floor are full od restaurants. 5th floor is a shopping heaven that ranging from electronics item, toys and etc… we went there a few times during our stay. Everthing that you need is within reach from the hotel.It is self check in via kiosk but there are staff to assist if you need help. We booked a 3 bedded room and the roon is considering big with a huge bathroom too! It has separate bathroom and toilet. There is Youtube for the TV. One of the reason I chose this hotel not because of the location but also it has washer and dryer but I have been seeing a lot reviews that the washer is busy 24 hours that is close to impossible to use it. This is true. Luckily we are not early goers and we did the laundry during odd hours. Breakfast is the same daily and 1 good thing we never have to queue. It gets bored during the 3rd day. Not all the staff speak Chinese or English. I was having difficulties talking to the staff who onky speak Japanese and that time I was having issues with my flight schedule. He did a lot of assumptions and did not listen to me. Luckily I met a staff that could Chinese after that for me to get assistance from. However, all housekeeping are corteous and friendly. Overall, love the hotel as direct access to everything!   Great hotel to stay in Osaka close to tran station & restaurants

  Great hotel. This hotel is connected to JR train station and eating places are on the 8 floor. Room is clean and complimentary bottled water every day which helps a lot if you are your on tour.   Buffet breakfast food choices very good!

  Very near Osaka train station and connected to the mall. Quite a large hotel with a large restaurant for breakfast and dining at other times of the day. Bed was comfortable although the room I booked was on the small side (good for two). Not enough space to open a large luggage, let alone if you have shopping goods. Toilet and shower are separate and again on the small side.

  Excellent location. Zero atmosphere. Room was small with very dysfunctional bathroom.Value for money average .Very clean.Extremely quiet.Staff not particularly friendly, room service non existent food in restaurant very disappointing.

  Great hotel - very convenient location and super breakfast on offer

  We stayed at this hotel on 2 seperate occasions over 2 weeks totalling 7 nights.The hotel location is really convenient to Osaka station and surrounding shopping and dining areas. The hotel itself sits above a 7 storey shopping building including Yodobashi camera and a super sized Uniqlo store.Best things - apart from location is the breakfast - big variety of very fresh food including Asian style and western offerings - I rate this very highly and it’s well worth the cost.Other things that are of mention - there is a big coin laundry on the 24th floor which does washing and drying in one - ¥700 yen for a full wash and drying function. I found this service really useful and the machines are new and super clean - not your typical coin laundry.So, as for rooms, my advice is even if you’re a couple, get a twin room not a queen. My brother and wife started with a queen and it was considerably smaller than our twin room - literally tiny and no room to even open a suitcase. The twin room beds are together anyway so it’s not an inconvenience for couples. All rooms are well kitted out and have great unit bathrooms with a deep bath and overhead/hand shower. The bath towels are small by western standards but you can always get replacements.Lastly, a big shout out to the front staff Mr Shoya Hirakawa- he was a delight and nothing was too much trouble for him. A stand out staff member at this hotel who made our stay so easy and hassle free.
