  Good stay excellent service at Osaka Keihan hotel

  Hotel Keihan ; Room very clean no problems. Location 10mins walk from JR line. Atmosphere very good free flow of toiletries , free coffee between 730 to 11am and water at lobby. We preferred hotel Keihan as the staff always polite smile and helpful. Thank you for the ice pack for my swell feet.   Worst than a 2 Star hotel!

  For a 4 star hotel, this hotel definitely is worst than the 3 star hotel we stayed in Kyoto. - After checking in, the FO Team did not offer to assist us with our 5 luggages even though we can manage. Well, at least offer your services that reflect the 4 star hotel like you claim you are.- When we reached our room, it is very small and we have lesser leg room to move around the room. - The iron board was broken.- The aircon vent was dusty.- I strongly recommend that they need to learn how to converse in English. ホテル京阪 淀屋橋, 支配人 at Hotel Keihan Yodoyabashi, responded to this review Thank you for staying at Hotel Keihan Yodoyabashi.First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during your stay.We apologize for keeping you waiting due to a lack of explanation regarding the accommodation tax at check-in.Despite this, we did not assist you with your large amount of luggage, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.We also heard that dust had accumulated in the ventilation holes, and that the room had not been properly cleaned, which we believe caused you great discomfort. We sincerely apologize.We will work with our cleaning staff to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.Regarding the issue of the broken trouser press in your room, we understand that the staff did not fully understand and that this must have been frustrating.   Nice hotel in a business district with easy access to rest of Osaka

  As our first stop on a trip to Japan, we were pleased to have chosen this lovely hotel. Made to feel very welcome from the time we stepped into the lobby, given an explanation of what the hotel offered, asked if we had plans to visit the Expo, and shown where to get amenities for our room. I would call the room a nice size for a Japanese hotel room - certainly big enough for the 2 of us and our luggage. After our long trip to Japan, the bed was amazing, and the same thing can be said for the shower: a very nice room and a nice hotel.The location is great, unless you are looking for a lot of bars and nightlife. There is a convenience store right next door (plus more within easy walking distance), and several restaurants close by, but if you need more variety, you might want to travel a bit further. There is easy access to public transportation, and this is nicely located for a visit to Osaka Castle and the park.   Amazing Accommodation in central but quiet location

  We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood with the train station within 4 mins walk. Everynight we were given fresh pajamas and got to have free amenities. The staff were lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend to stay here.   Stayed there for 2 nights. Asked to see the room before booking online and the lady at the reception was very obliging. Gave us an upgrade to a bigger room. Environmentally friendly hotel. Hotel is conveniently located at the subway station. While there are not many eateries around, there are at least 5-6 in the vicinity. Check out was super fast. Enjoy my stay very much!
