    We thought this hotel was really good and quite luxurious for the price. It was very clean and the rooms were very spacious and it was in a great location too.

    Close to shops and train station in osaka

    Located in grand front osaka this is a room with a cosy double bed. Amenities were good as you preload the toothbrush and anything you need the night before. We stayed two nights in osaka and I slept really well both nights. The location is good although we confused it with hotel granvia and got a little lost finding our way. Take the central exit. Pass the south tower onto the north tower. Cross the road and its close to the train station.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel as the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed and we had a city view. We were able to replenish tea/coffee etc from reception area. The lifts were very efficient even though the hotel was full. It was a few minutes walk from two subway stations which took us to anywhere we wanted to go and there was a convenience store at the back of the hotel. It is very central to lots of department stores and restaurants (I don't think we saw half of them!). We would definitely recommended this hotel.

    Refused Check-In Despite Payment and Valid ID — Outrageous Experience

    We used our English names to book a room through a hotel app. At check-in, we provided our passports, but because the names on the passports did not exactly match the names on the booking, the hotel staff refused to accept them. Instead of using common sense or basic customer service, they forced us to make costly international calls to the app’s support team — even though it’s impossible to manually change the name to match the passport.We had already paid for the room and presented valid legal identification, yet we were still denied check-in. This absurd situation was caused entirely by the hotel’s ridiculous and inflexible policy. We were left stranded at reception for an unacceptable amount of time, while struggling with international calls on a mobile app.Despite showing the staff that, according to the app’s own response, updating a name could take up to 24 hours, they still refused to offer any help or solutions. The hotel staff were completely useless, lacking both common sense and basic decency. A truly disgraceful policy and an incredibly frustrating experience.
