    This place is a great walking distance to the station, with plenty of places to eat at nearby. We stayed in non smoking standard twin room, which is the right size for us. We got breakfast included which is always handy to have and delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful, and we love having the toiletries stand in the foyer so we can just grab what we need like toothbrush and toothpaste for example. We will come back here again

    Immediately upon entering the hotel there is a smell of cigarette smoke which was worse in the lift. The staff on reception were pleasant and they have amenities such as mouthwash, hairbrush etc but no pyjama's. The room was very small, too small for 2 people. It was impossible to open a large suitcase. I found it noisy at night time from the traffic noise.The location of the hotel is OK but we did notice lots of clubs near that were for men only, it seemed to be a seedy location.We wanted to forward our luggage to the airport and a male staff member was so helpful but when I went to reception the following morning the female receptionist was not helpful so we couldn't use the service.I wouldn't recommend this hotel, I am sure there is much nicer places to stay in Osaka

    Great location! Another great selection of options for your bath, shaver, salts, soaps and so on.Card access your floor. Close to access trains and food places. Bathroom was tight, but worked around it.     Room very small to say the least. Room was very hot and difficult to cool down so had to leave the window open. Every 3 days for room cleaning but can leave towels outside your room for a change. Had enjoyed fresh sheets at other hotels. On a main road so was extremely noisy. Sadly not a great experience for us.

    Like I said in my previous review, we would stay here again and we did. We stayed in a standard twin room again and it was still perfect. This time we had breakfast included which was a mix of Japanese and Western and filled our bellies. We would stay here easily again
