    Well it's a large airy hotel . The lobby is comfortable and had a great conceirge service and reception area. There are several restaurants on site with a wide range of cuisine. The bedrooms are large, clean and airy. With a fridge, tea and coffee, and ensuite. Ours had a shower over bath which was very high and difficult to get intoThe conseirge service is excellent. One member of the team spent ages with us to book boarding passes. She was excellent. Breakfast again wide choice of cuisine and the same for dinner. Drinks somewhat expensive The hotel is situated next to the river and in walking distance from the castle. There is a free shuttle bus service to the station

    We had a nice stay at Imperial Osaka. The hotel is a little bit away from the action areas like Namba and Umeda. However it is quite near a Osaka loop line station which can connect to most areas conveniently. Since it is a bit away from the either Osaka station or Shin Osaka a taxi ride to and fro the stations is needed if arriving or leaving by train. Would not be advisable to take the subway with luggage as there are stairs to navigate. We never utilize the complimentary shuttle service as we think the subway is more time friendly as it is available every few minutes. The shuttle also do not go to Shin Osaka.The rooms were nice and large by Japanese standard. We had connecting rooms for our family of four. The rooms were connected by a corridor with a common door for entry. A feature rarely found anywhere else. Breakfast were good, not a very big spread but quality of food is good. We also had the Japanese breakfast one morning.Service is good. Staff are friendly and eager to serve.Overall a very nice hotel.

    This hotel was incredible. Stayed 3 nights. Staff were very kind & would go out of their way to help. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are a great size. Amazing shower pressure. Wonderful breakfast. Room service was quick & delicious . Great 5 star hotel! Would highly recommend.

    My stay at the Imperial Hotel Osaka has been one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed me with their attentiveness. Whether stepping out of a taxi or carrying luggage, there was always someone ready to help. Communication was easy, as the team speaks excellent English, and their warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay.The facilities are immaculate. Every corner of the hotel is spotless, and the room was prepared perfectly for our arrival, something that many hotels fail to get right. Room service was consistently fast and high quality, making dining in the room a pleasure.One highlight was the shower. The water pressure was the strongest I have ever experienced in a hotel, yet the drainage was perfect, with no standing water, just a flawless system. The room itself was spacious, comfortably fitting our family of three, and the view from the window was beautiful, giving us a real sense of Osaka.This combination of service, cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail makes the Imperial Hotel Osaka stand out. It is rare to find a hotel that excels in every area, but this one does. I would confidently recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka, whether for business or leisure.

    Large (really large) lovely rooms with great service. The view is fantastic. I literally have no complaints. Breakfast is a little pricey. It's a little far from the main attractions and the train station. But the shuttle is extremely convenient. Only problem with that is - it stops by 940 pm. So after that, it's likely to be a long walk or an expensive cab ride to reach your hotel.But that doesn't take away from an extremely comfortable stay.
