    New hotel with tiny rooms

    Disappointing as a bit further from Umeda station than expected and tiny rooms with poor soundproofing. You would expect totally quiet rooms in a new hotel. Breakfast reasonable. Underground shopping walk as well as shopping alleys all the way to the station.

    Located next to train station, also surrounded by convenient stores, restaurants. It’s really an ideal place for tourists.The room is super clean! I really feel that it worth more than what I’ve paid!Staffs were friendly and very polite, I left by baggage in the hotel and collect it back after two nights in Kyoto. I would definitely come back again!

    New and modern hotel with public bath. Just a few steps away from the Metro station

    Despite it being 30 minutes away from the Dotonbori / Shinsaibashi area, the hotel is new and just steps away from the Nagata station Exit 3. If you are carrying heavy luggage, you should go to Exit 1 where there is elevator. You need to cross 2 roads but it is still within 3 minutes walk. There are many stairs at Exit 3. We only stayed in Osaka for 1 night. We arrived around 1pm and bought the airport express train with 1 day metro pass combo. The train from airport have reserved seats but I think if you don’t want to wait you can use the ticket to on board the normal train without reserved seating. The hotel staff is nice and very efficient. If you are going to Dotonbori area I recommend the Okonomiyaki Mizuno shop. It’s delicious.

    I was staying for 1 night in room #820 at April 6th-7th, 2018. the hotel was clean and in great location next to Nagata station. surely will be back if I visit Osaka again.one thing that makes me disappointed is I left my Iphone charger at the room when I checked out that day. I've sent email to the hotel about this matter to email address: hok@hotelwing.co.jp but stiil no answer until today. I hope the Hotel Wing team could assist me about the lost and found matter.overall highly satisfied for a budget hotel.

    Me, my husband and my daughter stayed in this hotel for a week during March 2018, My daughter was the one who chose this place as she liked it being so colorful! We are so happy to say, She chose the very nice Hotel in Osaka.Very clean and beautiful rooms, very friendly and helpful staff , best location, right next to subway station and also Knasai airport limousine bus station and Kyoto bus station.(under a minute walk).Everything was just perfect and I had to say Japan is like the heaven on earth... beautiful country and beautiful people, peaceful, kind and calm.
