  Brilliant hotel, well located and spotless. Courtesy shuttle bus to and from the Osaka station. Did not pay for breakfast so unable to comment. Clean and spacious room with plentiful facilities

  Very good hotel, huge amount of efficient staff in a nice quiet area as I read in other reviews there are not a lot of dining options close by but we discovered their restaurant on the 2nd night and we ate there for 3 of the 4 nights we were there, exceptional quality and price for a hotel. We have travelled in Japan eight times and have stayed in a huge variety of accomodation and would rate the restaurant at this hotel the best, especially the al la carte menu...oh and it pays to have access to the lounge upstairs for bubbles and snacks.

  We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier for 3 nights and booked two rooms for our family. Our experience was excellent from start to finish.The hotel's location is fantastic—situated in a peaceful riverside area with convenient access to Osaka's major attractions and transport links. The views from our rooms were beautiful, especially overlooking the river and city skyline, making every morning and evening special. The hotel is also known for its riverside setting and easy access to nearby stations.The rooms were spacious, spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable family stay. The hotel facilities are excellent, including the relaxing top-floor public bath/spa area, which is perfect after a day of sightseeing.A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Many guests also praise the helpful and attentive staff.We did not try the breakfast or restaurant during our stay, so we cannot comment on the food.Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, great amenities, beautiful views, and exceptional service.   We spent seven nights here and whilst at first I was worried about the location of the hotel, I soon came to realise that even though it wasn't in a thriving nightlife area, there were many other pluses.The river was wonderful, walking along it in the evening was fantastic. Walking through the local area looking for food options gave us a more local perspective of the area. The hotel was close to transport options, and the hotel bus was very welcome.The room itself was quite spacious, very clean and comfortable. The shower room was wonderful.   Small but nice

  We arrived a little later than expected due to a late train (yes, unheard of in Japan), so didn't see it in it's best light in initially, but as it was only for 2 nights after our flight, it was fine. The room was smaller than we are used to, but that is common for some Japanese hotels, but it was clean and tidy, and had a view of the river, similar to the cover picture shown on Trip Advisor. Breakfast was okay, but if you fancy a room only, there's a great little breakfast place next door. They also have a men's and women's Japanese bathing area, which was great, and really relaxing, but be mindful it is naked bathing. It's location is okay, but a little bit away from the nearest MRT. The staff were all very attentive when needed, and were always helpful.
