Location

The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the Nipponbashi and Nagahoribashi stations. It is also situated 25 minutes by car from JR Shin-Osaka station and an hour's drive from Kansai International Airport.

    Hotel location is great, few blocks away from Dotonbori. Room is ok, we booked a 4 beds room, everything was fine. The elevator on the ground floor will close, so for check in later than 12 may have to carry the luggages upstairs. Hotel parking is limited.

    Location of hotel was good. Very close to Dotonbori river, just 5 minutes walk to shopping areas and 10 minutes walk to Osaka Namba station. The size of the room was pathetic. Too small and no space to move around and no place for storage. But thats the standard style of Japanese mid range hotels space availability. So we accepted it.

    Clean room, Nice hotel location, just walk about 10 minutes to Glico sign. Easy to find food around the hotel . Good service, we left our room key at the door. They keep it and left memo in front of our room. And i have reservation with my dad's name and they still welcome us to check in. And last, They Have Good facilities, especially they have luggage scale. Thanks.

    1/Not helpful! Do not offer help to maks local call to make restaurant reservations due to hotel policy, guests have to make local call by themselves even you can't speak Japanese, the hotel staff will not help you! (Also, hotel can charge you for making local calls in your room)2/booked for non-smoking room but gave you a smoking room instead 3/No daily room cleaning service!!! (this is ridiculous and unacceptable!!) I booked through online travel agents and the hotel said we are in the 'Eco plan', so they only replace towels and empty trash bins..(but it did not mention 'Eco plan' at all in the check in voucher or in the booking details) We were not informed with such 'Eco plan' info when we checked in until we found out our bed was still untidied when back to the room! There are many more choices (better too) in the same area with affordable price, do not stay in this hotel unless you are looking for an unpleasant hotel experience. This hotel is way below usual Japanese service standard!!

    Nice hotel with all amenities. They have laundry room, smoking room, coffee and drinks machines, ... very helpful staff. The rooms are tiny but it is normal for japon. The location is great and near the attractions. I would really recommend this place if u visit osaka.
