  Amazing staff and wonderful view of Osaka

  Staff so helpful and frequently, check in process was so easy and they even offered options for us to go eat while we stayed, prime location to shop or even to ride rhe JR lines right underneath the hotel itself, the views were amazing from the 48th floor you can see all of Osaka. Room was spacious and very comfortable..minus the pillows felt a flat. I will be returning

  Paying for views you’ll only look at a few hours at most a day, Elite benefits lacking - take your money elsewhere.

  Wouldn’t recommend for any Bonvoy Elite members given that you’ll need to continuously ask to get Elite benefits to be considered to be honoured and they make it feel like they are doing you a favour.Views are nice but that’s the only highlight so unless you’re going to be sitting in your room half the day staring out into the sky, I strongly suggest you take your money elsewhere. Book early enough in the right season and you’ll just need to pay slightly more for The Station, while the Westin’s renovation should be done next year. Even better, take your cash and spend it out of town at the Shisui.   The Marriott Osaka Hotel is quite good, especially when it came to the views and dining experience. The view from the room was absolutely stunning and became one of the highlights of the stay. Looking out over Osaka, especially in the evening, made the experience feel even more memorable.The food quality throughout the hotel was also excellent. Breakfast has a decent selection, and compared to many other club lounges I have visited in Japan, the selection here was quite good. There was a wider variety of food and beverage options than expected, making it feel more worthwhile and generous than many lounges that can sometimes be fairly limited.Overall, between the spectacular views, quality dining, and above-average Club Lounge experience, this was a very enjoyable stay and a hotel I would gladly return to.

  Our stay at Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel was defined by a strong sense of professionalism and well-coordinated service throughout.Upon arrival, we were assisted by Ms. Matsuda at the front desk, whose attentiveness and initiative truly stood out. She took the time to understand our needs and went the extra mile to check internally, ultimately arranging an upgrade to a Junior Suite at a very reasonable additional charge. This thoughtful effort made an immediate positive impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay.We were also very grateful to the housekeeping team for their careful preparation. The sofa bed in the living area was thoughtfully arranged for my child, which added both comfort and convenience to our stay.As we needed to return to Osaka early the next morning to pick up a rental car for a scheduled visit to the Nintendo Museum, we initially considered a breakfast box. However, we were kindly advised to visit the restaurant if time allowed — and we are very glad we did. The breakfast experience was excellent, especially the omelette featuring local Omi ingredients, which had a unique aroma and depth of flavor.In addition, we appreciated the clear and detailed guidance regarding the Abeno Harukas Observatory, including the access route and timing, which made our visit smooth and enjoyable.As children are not permitted in the lounge in the evening, we explored nearby local dining options instead — which turned out to be a fun and authentic experience, especially enjoying kushikatsu in the neighborhood.One small note for families: some nearby facilities, such as playgrounds, may have time restrictions, so it is worth checking in advance to avoid disappointment.Overall, what stood out most was the team’s ability to anticipate needs and coordinate solutions efficiently, while maintaining a warm and thoughtful approach. It is a hotel that delivers a reliable and well-balanced experience, especially for travelers with a structured itinerary.

  It is absolutely impossible to rate this hotel below four stars. For us it’s five. Perfect location, right above a metro station, one of the tallest buildings of Japan. Rooms from the 39th floor up, all with amazing views of the city. Rooms are large and superbly decorated, great shower, bath, fantastic bed. Amazing lobby and lobby bar. We did not include breakfast as there are literally hundreds of places right next door, either in one of the shopping centers or close to the metro that offer great food. 20 minutes from Osaka train statio
