bed hostel and The place is run by thieves

    rating28 Apr 2026

I want to share my experience at this hostel. First and foremost, Japan is a great, beautiful, and safe country, but this was my first time being robbed at hostel. It seems to be run by a gang who steal from people. Please be warned be careful staying at this hostel. Even if you are forced to stay there, take all your belongings with you. They didn't leave me anything, not even my toothbrush

Just run and book anything else

    rating04 Jul 2023

Run away. Worst experience ever. Don't listen to the good reviews, that's how I got tricked into booking it.And don't tell me it's the cheapest cause you can get better for the same price. Dirty, no showers, awful smell of tobacco all over the building, AC too weak to sleep there in summer. The staff is barely even there, felt like sleeping in a Gotham hotel or something JUST RUN

Dont stay here if u are even a little picky with the rooms

    rating29 Mar 2018

Place looked okay on the pictures, and dont be fooled by the (kind of) nice ”lobby”. The rooms are smelly, water stains on walls and doors, electrical outlets may not work, toilet-stalls are really small and so on. I dont really feel safe here (woman, 25 yrs old) so i dont even wanna try the public bath. The neighbourhood is kinda sketchy too, good thing the JR-station is really close by (like 3 min walk)

Backpapers paradise, Nothing comes cheaper by far.. A real man's review, no princes!

    rating27 Dec 2017

If you are a poor prince or pincess and ask to be showered with facilities for a low price in Japan forget it.. don't bother reading the rest... You get the bare essentials for the lowest possible price...Here is my experience. As soon as you come to japan you realize that there are millions of people competing for a tiny island and that space comes as the cost of high real estate prices. A motel room in Tokyo is around 50-70$ a night while in Osaka it ranges from the 30-50$ usd per nght. You will mainly spend all your money on accomodation, transport and gift shopping...the rest is cheap and will never drain your savings. I exchanged 300USD to get about 40 000 yen after paying my accomodation for 9 days (15 000) and spending 15 000 on JR train tickets, i managed to do a full week visiting Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, Kyosan and enjoying Restaurants and bars, on a 300 usd budget. How did i do that? Park Inn. You can get a room and thats it. No heating, no private bathroom, no closet space.... just the bare essentials...I took the cheapest room and they gave me a key, and left me alone. You want a shower? Public Bath.. You want a kitchen... microwave + Hot Kettle..You want to go number 2 Public Bathroom.... Otherwise free internet and TV cable is included with everyroom. One night the temperature was cold, they told me that i didn't pay for the heated room so instead they gave me a blanket. Lets be realistic it wasnt -10.. it was around +5 Celcius.. nothing to freeze over.Otherwise the staff was very helpful and i had the chance to practice my japanese because english isn't their strong point.I got what i paid for....the lowest possible price for the bare minimum... with all the Shower Rest Shops/Laundry Shops/Short-Rest Salons/ Automated Locker Shops... that cost tons of money, even if you camp in the japanese jungle, you won't get cheaper than this...

    Nightmare

    rating20 Sept 2017

We are to stay here for 3 nights. I want to transfer to another already if not is only cheap. I know we can still get a good room with the same price.if youre a girl this hostel is not for you.public bath for an 8th floor hostel with only 3 showers and females have their solo(female dxclusive) time slot at 9pm to 10pm while men at 530pm to 9pm.so men have more time to bath. The room has enough space and has basic stuff like hangers and a fan. Other than that i hate the showering time.
