    The positives it's very close to all the attractions in Osaka.The problem handling service was very bad. There was a smell coming from the toilet. The first time they brought a machine and it got rid of the smell. We went out to dinner and the smell came back. When we asked for it to be redone with the machine the old gentleman kept saying "all rooms are booked" and refused to use the machine.If you pre paid breakfast you need to do it very early. There are a lack of tables.The hotel doesn't seem to have been upgraded for a long time. Location is the only thing for it.

    Okay for a short stay, but the rooms are tiny and there are no in-room safes. The best way to regulate room temperature seemed to be to open the window. The staff doesn't speak much English (fair enough, as I speak no Japanese). The street is quiet and the location is just a few blocks from Shinsaibashi station – an important transportation and shopping hub. Hotel breakfast was pretty good.

    Horrific experience at the buffet for breakfast. Very rude kitchen staff especially the cook ( would not consider him a chef) and wait staff who assumed we were taking more than our fair share which we were not. The room walls were paper thin and could hear very clearly the neighbors. Way overpriced for such a hotel and am sure there are other ones with better service and prices around.

    Lovely hotel in the middle of Shinsaibashi. Kind staff and clean but small rooms. Very nice breakfast with a variety of Japanese food. There are also alternatives for more western taste. Toilet necessities such as toothpaste, toothbrush, hairbrush and everything you need are available.

    Great lobby, friendly staff and comfortable beds. The location was excellent, just a brief walk from the shopping and food district. The hotel was in an excellent new condition with all amenities clean. The room was normal size for Japanese hotel standards and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a large variety and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely go back.
