    Tiny rooms, but can't beat location if traveling!

    Tiny rooms but great location for a night in Osaka! Friendly staff. Nice breakfast in restaurant below. Good toiletries. Can't complain! This is a place to sleep not lounge around. Can't beat the location if it's a quick trip and need trains.

    The tiniest, most poorly laid out and equipped room I have stayed in for a very long time. Space to put a rucksack but suitcases just have to stand in the room blocking the bathroom door (the bathroom is across the whole of the window!). A dark room, decorated dark brown, with no light over the desk/kettle & reading light so dim it's useless. But the desk chair has a massage back (just taking up what little space there is)Touring around Japan I've stayed in small rooms but this was ridiculous. Staff were friendly and helpful (as they are everywhere) but not much they could do about room sizesThe only plus is that it's in the station so very easy access

    The economical rooms are absolutely tiny, a bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet so it is hard to fit even for one person with two pieces of luggage. On the other hand, the location, as part of Shin-Osaka station is superb for those who will be using Osaka as their base for several day trips. It was also good value for money so would definitely book here again, just a bigger room this time.

    This beautiful hotel is located one minute from the ticket gates of JR Shin-Osaka Station.

    The hotel is conveniently connected to the JR Shin-Osaka Station through the ticket gates. Take the private elevator from the 3rd floor of the main entrance to the 12th floor, where you will find the front desk. Check-in can be done smoothly using an automatic check-in machine. The proximity to Shin-Osaka Station, only one minute away, is very convenient and highly recommended.

    It was great to stay in the same location as i arrived from Tokyo and where i departed for Kyoto, no need for taxis or another train in what is quiet a confusing station. The room on a high floor offered amazing views across the city. The room was clean and comfortable.
