    We stayed for 3 nights. The staffs were friendly. The location of this hotel is very good. The water pump is strong. But this hotel is pricey, and the room we stayed not properly cleaned.(+) good location, friendly staff(-) pricey, not properly clean, breakfast little selection.

    This is such a WONDERFUL hotel. Thank you Mr Nunoi for your kindness & great efforts to help me recover my wallet. I am very impressed by your hospitality. Thanks to Innoe, Song, Ms Xiang & all staff who have rendered me their kind assistance during my stay. Thank you all for making my 3weeks trip in Japan so enjoyable, comfortable & safe. I travelled solo but felt very secured during my stay here. Staffs took excellent care of me, helping me out whenever they could. GREAT JOB. Please keep up the excellent work. Sarasa Namba deserves to prosper under the great management of Mr Nunoi. Thank you all once again & I hope to meet all of you soon.     Beds of Iron

    This was a completely decent hotel in a convenient but roughish (albeit safe--it is Japan) area, Den Den Town (manga and electronics) very close to the big Namba subway station, an area filled with restaurants and nightlife. But the beds were like stone. I had to go down at 3 a.m. and get an extra blanket so I could sleep with the quilt double-folded under my hips as a mattress topper. Excruciating.. Nice, cooperative desk staff, a little laundry room, a windowless eh breakfast room, But all I'm going to remember about this place was that bed. Not what you want after walking all day.     A nice hotel stay

    We booked 3 twin rooms. The rooms are quite big to accommodate 7 of us with 2 oldies. The rooms are clean and cosy. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions in Osaka. I feel that it is a good 10 minute walk from the train station; google map mentioned that it was a 5 minute. We opted out of the breakfast package as they are many other options available. The receptionists were able to converse In Mandarin and English. We were able to have the right people. The hotel caters to many tour groups. We could notice many of them having their breakfast at the ground level cafe. They provide laundry services. ¥200 for a 30 minute wash and ¥100 for 30 drying. We would usually opt for an hour drying recommended by them. You can purchase a packet of detergent for ¥100.     Comfortable hotel in convenient location

    I recently stayed for three nights in this hotel. The location is convenient for public transport, Namba and Nippombashi stations a short walk away.The location to some local attractions is also good. Kurimon Market is nearby, as is DenDen Town. It’s a ten minute walk from the hotel to Dotenbori. Everything else can be easily accessed using public transport.The rooms was slightly bigger than other Japanese business hotels, with some clothing storage space. The bathroom came equipped with a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and other necessities that you may require.A good budget option in the city.
