  ちょっとした不愉快な出来事 A Little Unpleasant Incident

  ドアに「起こさないでください」のサインを掛けていたため、部屋の外に新しいタオルが入った袋が置かれていました。それを取りに行くと、袋の底にハサミが入っているのを見つけて大変驚きました。すぐにフロントに連絡し、別の部屋への移動が可能かどうか尋ねました。対応してくれたスタッフは非常に親切で、何が起こったのか、そして私の懸念を丁寧に聞いてくれました。しかし、その時点では他に空室がないと言われ、この件が当直マネージャーに報告され、対応が取られたのかどうかも分かりませんでした。その後、Trip.comで確認したところ、実際にはすぐにチェックインできる部屋が5部屋も掲載されていました。このことに、私は非常に困惑し、落胆し、不安を感じました。 Since I placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, a bag containing fresh towels was left outside my room. When I went to collect them, I was quite surprised to find a pair of scissors placed at the bottom of the bag.I immediately reported this matter to the front desk and requested if it would be possible to move to a different room. The staff member I spoke to was very attentive and listened carefully to understand what had happened as well as my concerns and needs. However, they mentioned that no other rooms were available at that time, and I was also unsure whether the incident had been shared with the duty manager for further attention.I noticed later on Trip.com that there were in fact five rooms listed as available for immediate check-in, which left me feeling quite confused, disappointed and concerned.

  receptionist,Ms.Zhai,I think who speak Chinese with my wife, extremely helpful.We are in our late 60^s.She is very patient with us for request for a high floor,quiet room & also directionsto nearest Metro station.Fyi,Do not eat at teppanyaki restaurants along pedestrian street.Go to the ones recommended by KIX guide book.Wewere scammed at a small restaurant serving Kobe beef.Chef slices mostly fat,pan~fried & gaves us.Only a few small pieces of onions were given to us.When a couple came in,waitress quietly asked where they are from.Couple replied,Korea.Chef immediately gave good cuts with plenty of onions.We paid ¥6,000.00!

  I hate to leave this review because I think the hotel itself is good. The service we received was good, the rooms were clean and the location is really good, with a few minute walk from a subway station, to Dotonbori, and surrounded by really good bars and restaurants.The problem is the location; it's surrounded by bars.At night, while we were sleeping, we would suddenly hear loud yells or laughs from the bar patrons. This woke us up thru out the night, every night.Also, I wanted to mention that I had a weird issue with the blanket. I got too hot under the blanket so I would wake up and get out of it and I would get cold so I would get back in.

  This hotel was very conveniently situated, a short walk from two train stations and convenience stores, by many restaurants and bars, and close to the awesome Shinsaibashi strip for all your shopping desires. The area came to life at night and it was fun exploring! The hotel itself was good for the money, staff was helpful, rooms were a decent size and offered most necessities if needed. The on-site breakfast buffet was basic, but enough to feel full. I don't know what it is about their showerheads, but the pressure is always abundant and never an issue with hot water. I would stay here again, it's a great value.

  This hotel is located in shinsaibashi hotel. So from hotel can walk till reach dontonbori area. There are 2 buildings and a bit confusing as the building that we stayed no reception but over all stay was fine and they provide complimentary juice, coffee and water as well at 1 floor for guests.
