  FRUSTRATING!!! I came to the hotel on a date that would allow me to enjoy both the European and Asian sides of the sauna. On the scheduled day, they didn't change the sauna as promised and I couldn't do what I wanted most. The hotel should have compensated me for this but they didn't even give me an explanation. I PAID FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T RECEIVE. So I only used the European side and, believe it or not, there were hundreds of people and only SIX chairs to relax. The hotel should know that in Europe, ALL saunas have huge rooms dedicated solely to relaxation, in other words, it's missing a lot of European flair. There's a part of the hotel called STONE SPA, and besides having to pay extra, they only provide ONE uniform; so you sweat a lot and have to relax in a uniform that's all soaked in sweat because they don't change the wet for the dry (if you want, you have to pay again)! This has to be a joke. IN SHORT: they lack customer service; management is completely focused on itself! And finally, check out is at 10 am (it's the only hotel I've ever been to with this outrageous time!

  年 10 月 17 日木曜日、午後 4:00 ～ 4:45 頃スパワールド4階 ネイビーブルーのゆったりとした足首のパジャマを着た背の高い日本人男性に、私たちは自動販売機があり、英語を話す人が誰もいないスパの「やり方」をガイドして、妻と一緒に岩盤浴から帰るのを1時間近く遅らせました。心から♥️私たち外国人を親切に助けてくれたすべての努力に感謝します。 深くお詫び申し上げます🙏🏽🙏🏼🫡。 夫が携帯電話を使って日本語から英語に翻訳するのにとても親切に協力してくれたのを気にしなかった妻にも同様に感謝しています👏❣️ 夫は私とのすれ違いで4階の水着禁止男性専用スパを体験することになりました。 料金はお一人様1,500円です。 自動販売機では白いブレスレットがもらえます。 靴を脱いで入口、靴ロッカーは100円です。 4階の男性陣。 6階は女性。 スパワールドのウェブサイトに掲載されているさまざまなスパを単独でご利用ください。 ブレスレットの QR コードをスキャンして退出するための紙 (スパに残っている入浴者を管理する) を発行する機械でチェックアウトしてください。Thursday, 10/17/2024 around 4:00-4:45 p.m. on the Spa World 4th floorTo a tall Japanese man in navy blue loose fitting ankle pajamas, who we delayed for nearly an hour from a rock bath with his wife by guiding us “how to” in a spa with vending machines and no one speaking English, we would like to express heartfelt♥️thanks for all your efforts and the extent to which you kindly helped us foreigners. Our profuse apologies🙏🏽🙏🏼🫡.We are likewise grateful to his wife for not minding that her husband was extremely kind to assist us by using his phone to translate Japanese to English👏❣️My husband was able to experience the 4th floor no-swimsuit-men-only spa after he and I miscommunicated.It costs Y1,500 per person. The vending machine gives a white bracelet. Shoes off at the entrance then Y100 for shoes locker.Men in the 4th floor.Women in the 6th floor.Use the different spas singly as pictured in Spa World’s website.Check out at the machines that will issue a paper (serves a control of bathers remaining in the spa) to exit by scanning the QR code on our bracelets.

  Relaxing, Memorable Stay and Midnight Bathing in Autumn 2023

  After nearly 20 years of visiting Spa World, I finally stayed overnight in Nov 2023. It was a pleasant stay—I wish I could have checked in earlier to enjoy more. My double room in the New Building was modern, spacious, and spotless thanks to the no-shoes policy. The room had all the typical amenities: tea corner, TV, toiletries, air purifier, etc. The New Building also features a colorful, relaxing lobby.Having unlimited access to the baths was heavenly. I returned at midnight, spent two hours in the pools, couldn’t sleep, and went back at 3.30 am. It was surreal!The buffet breakfast had a generous variety, though the line got a bit messy due to the crowd. Staff were quick to tidy up, and I ate so much that I skipped lunch.Note: The main entrance has a big flight of steps; I didn’t see elevators, so heavy bags could be a challenge. Also, the hotel doesn't offer luggage storage after check-out, but coin lockers are outside the main entrance.

  The place is clean well maintained. They offer a variety of spa themes and each is unique. The water temp is well maintained and staff check constantly. The lockers are large and secure. They have all the toiletries you need for a total grooming experience!

  Impolite staff. Poor signage.

  Very poor experience in the onsen. The shower was far away from lockers and was very difficult to locate. Signage was insufficent. The staff in changing room was very impolite.Payment to enter to the swimming pool need to be done in changing room without any notice. When u enter the swimming pool at 8/F, the staff will tell u to go back to the changing room at 6/F. So inconvenient.
