    Choose your poison ! Sleep quality vs freebies

    This hotel felt more like a superior type of youth hostel than a hotel. I think you need to decide on quality of sleep and space in your room, versus “freebies”. The hotel itself is very close to the train line which is super handy and also close to Dontobori as well. The staff are lovely but don’t expect a glamorous room. There is no space to put anything away, the curtains come open so light filters in, you can hear a lot down the hallways, the laundry is tiny and takes awhile to get laundry dry and the bathroom feels like it’s just been dropped in there ! So strange. The upside is the free drinks and ramen in the afternoons which is nice. Breakfast is also very good. Would I stay again?…… NO

    What a lovely hotel, walking distance to Dotonbori.Small room which is standard in Japan.They arrange daily activities including a bracelet making ( pandora type) class which was free.Free drinks served until 9.30pm.

    This place is amazing ,great nightly price we are staying 4 nights and have a 4 bed room, 3 people, as we arrived a little earlier than they expected and they have this room available. They have a huge amount of necesities if you forget them or your charger fails for example. The laudry is very small only 3 washers and 3 driers and yes unfortunately people do "hog" them. TIP save your 100 yen coins for these machines. The driers do take twice as long for a cycle so be preparted. Everyday they have free drinks, alchol, coffee,tea,soft drinks,icecream. At around 8.30pm they have Ramen free everynight 5pm till 6pm they have different activities also. There are also free massage chairs at reception, no bookings required just help ypurself. The reception staff are extremely helpful in everyway. Its also central to everything food area, trendy clothes, groceries shops, and lots and lots of trinkets shops as well as your Louis Vouton, Chanel, Douce Gabana etc. If theres rooms available your crazy not to stay !

    We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of March 2026, when we were in Osaka. The hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre to the Namba metro station 5 minutes walk. The rest are even closer within a 2-minute walk. Nearby is the pedestrian street Dotombori with many restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff, young guys and girls, always helpful, prompt. The room is not very big, but there is everything you need. We lived on the 7th floor. There is also a laundry room there. Washing 400 yen, drying 200. Pleasant surprise: there are massage chairs in the hall, which can be used for free, the session is 15 minutes. In the lounge, to the left of the reception from 15 hours to 21:30 free drinks, including alcoholic drinks, and light snacks. A large selection of alcohol: delicious liqueurs, wine, whiskey, including Japanese, sake, beer. From 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. plus free ramen soup, very tasty. It's great instead of dinner. We took a room with breakfast, for breakfast there is fish, sushi, miso soup, Japanese seasonings, a large selection of coffee, tea, juice, cola, and all this from one machine. The sockets in the room are Japanese, the reception asked for charging adaptors for charging phones.

    Amazing hotel. They offer so much free food, drinks, and activities that it's hard to leave and explore the city.Highlights include:- Kimono try-ons- drink machines- massage chairs- ramen in the evenings- kids pajamas and other items for free rent- weigh scales on every floor to see how heavy your luggage is
