    Nice stay, very convenient location

    rating11 Jun 2026

Great stay at this hotel. Love how convenient and close to USJ it is (though other hotels are also pretty close by). Lots of restaurants and shopping right outside though many felt more like a tourist trap. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. We booked a room with four twin beds and though it was a little small, it worked for us. There is a laundry room on almost every floor (I think 4th to 28th floor) which makes it easy. I think each laundry room has only one washer/dryer (it’s an all in one) so you might have to wait your turn but we got lucky and never had to wait! The washing machine will dispense the detergent automatically. The dryer isn’t the best so you might need to add an extra 30 minutes of dry time. It takes 600 yen and two hours to complete one full wash and dry. However, there are shorter time settings to choose from. There is a desk on the main floor to purchase USJ tickets if you need to. It usually looks unstaffed but if you wait a few minutes, someone will notice you and come over to help.

    Just okay

    rating09 Jun 2026

We stayed here two nights, on a weekday in June. We had a family room which was large and spacious and had 4 beds. It was clean and the amenities were surprising - some which we weren’t anticipating and some we wished we had. The good: electric kettle, lots of towels, tons of things like bath salts, cream, toothbrushes, combs, shaving kit. Nice bathrobes and slippers. The disappointing: no iron, no coffee, only one night table for 4 beds, and no plug sockets other than the ones on the counter. This made charging devices difficult. The pillows were odd, some sort of heavy beads on the bottom of a few of them, haven’t seen this anywhere else in Japan but maybe it’s more common in older hotels? 3 of the 4 beds were okay but the one I had was awful. I felt hard springs in my back and hips all night long and barely slept due to the discomfort. There was a laundry on our floor - didn’t use it, but nice it was there. There was food on the door handles of the laundry, presumably because there was a microwave and someone had used it and gotten tomato sauce on their hands when they opened the door…? Water cooler was nice to have. The location is brilliant - right next to USJ and rail stop super close. Two different konbini within walking distance. Staff was friendly - stored our bags while we enjoyed the park. Getting a taxi is super easy, too.I felt like this was just an okay place to spend a couple nights near USJ. I think for the price it could have been a little more comfortable and modern (like plug sockets and USB sockets).

Perfect Stay for Universal Studios Japan

    rating24 May 2026

We stayed two nights at the Park Front Hotel and had another fantastic experience. This was actually our second time staying here, and honestly, if we’re visiting Universal Studios Japan, this is the only hotel we’d want to stay at.The hotel itself is gorgeous. The lobby is elegant and immediately gives the place a really upscale and welcoming feel. The staff during check-in were very kind and helpful. One important note for travelers: make sure to have the passport for each person staying in the room ready during check-in, as they will ask for them. Before arriving in Osaka, we used Yamato luggage delivery from Tokyo so we wouldn’t have to drag large luggage onto the Shinkansen. The process could not have been easier. Our luggage had already arrived at the hotel and was handed over to us immediately at check-in.We booked a two queen room since we did not see a king option available when reserving. Our room was city-facing instead of park-facing, but the view was absolutely stunning. The accommodations were wonderful and the room itself was very comfortable and nicely maintained. The convenience factor of this hotel is unbeatable. There’s a coffee spot connected right near the lobby entrance, plus Wolfgang Puck and a Lawson in the rear of the hotel, which came in handy constantly during our stay. And the location truly cannot be beat. The hotel is literally about a one-minute walk to the Universal Studios Japan front gate. It’s also directly in CityWalk, surrounded by dining and shopping options, and only about a one-minute walk to the train station as well.We also used taxis during our stay, and the pickup area is extremely easy to access — just downstairs beyond the elevators and down the escalator.Overall, another outstanding stay. Beautiful hotel, incredibly convenient location, easy transportation access, and excellent service. Definitely highly recommended for anyone visiting Universal Studios Japan.

    Position and space.

    rating15 May 2026

Position is amazing and so welcome after a day at the park. Foyer is beautiful and the lifts are kooky and always quick. Room is a great size. We had a twin premier and had a view of the park which was handy to see the crowds gathering in the morning. There are coin washers on each floor. Bathroom is a good size although I’m not fond of the open sink set up. It was great value for money and I would stay there again.

Perfect accommodation in a perfect location

    rating12 May 2026

Thoroughly impressed with the hotel, from staff , room cleaning, launder services and location. I have absolutely no complaints. I also appreciated the soaking bath/shower seat area separated from the commode! The room itself had a bunch of beds in it - which is what I chose. We weren’t in the room so we were fine with the set up and bed situation! The dinner and breakfast buffet located in the hotel were perfect. If you don’t like Japanese food then perhaps you should stay in your country. Both buffets were half Japanese and half western. We will absolutely stay here again.
