Disappointing stay

Extremely disappointing stay. Upon arrival we had to pay the hotel tax. The next day, the hotel informed me that I had paid too much, so the original amount was supposedly cancelled and the correct amount was charged instead. However, a few days later, the original amount was charged AGAIN from my account.Despite showing clear proof of payment, the hotel kept insisting they never received it. Because of THEIR mistake and poor handling, I ended up paying more than double the actual tax amount. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional customer service.On top of that, the rooms were ridiculously small. There was barely enough space to walk, let alone open even one suitcase properly. The staff at check-in was also unwelcoming. Definitely not worth the money and I would not stay here again.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were generally pleasant, but a few issues significantly detracted from my stay.Firstly, I had recently purchased a new pair of shoes and left them neatly on the floor beside my bed. When I returned after a day out, I found one shoe across the room and the other crushed and wedged under a set of drawers. This left them marked with black scuffs and visible dents, effectively ruining them.Additionally, the room layout was inconvenient. Only one side of the bed had a bedside table and charging point, while the other side had neither, making it difficult to charge devices or keep personal items within reach overnight.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would return anytime without hesitation.The property is modern, stylish, and maintained to a very high standard throughout. From the rooms to the common areas, everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a level of comfort that really stands out.What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Communication was seamless, with staff speaking fluent English, which made everything easy and pleasant.Overall, this hotel delivers exactly what you would expect from a high-end, contemporary stay in Osaka. A great combination of quality, comfort, and service—we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Perfect place to rest after a big day shopping!

Situated a 15 minute walk into the shopping district (amazing) this hotel had all the credentials of a 4.5 star hotel and was predictably lovely to stay in. We appreciated the laundry facilities (there is even an app that lets you know what washers are free on each floor), beautiful views, large well appointed rooms and the great pyjamas!!

This hotel was in a great location and the service was great as well. Our room was a good size and the daily breakfast available at the hotel was such a nice amenity. The hotel is also located close to public transportation. You get a great value for a really food price. All in all I would stay again.
