    Lovely staff. Very attentive and really paid attention to our allergies and preferences. Really comfortable room. The hotel has a light show in their huge pond and it’s relaxing to watch from our window as well as from the restaurants.

    Premium Experience - great views of Mt Fuji

    Excellent location for views of Mt Fuji - we hired a car and it was worth it as Premium outlets are 5 mins away and to the city centre for restaurants.We had a triple room (only down side was that the 3rd bed was a rollaway - not the most comfortable for an adult), the bathroom is separate from the toilet which was good for 3 people. The bathroom was marble and was very clean and offered quality amenities, thick fluffy towels.Breakfast was included - choice of European or Japanese. But the Japanese was far superior. Service was excellent and they offer basement car parking if you request it in advance.Stayed two nights and it was nice to be able to relax in some luxury.

    A good overnight stop after shopping at gotemba

    Service: warm service from all staff. Location: I arrived late at night after shopping at gotemba premium outlet, abt 8.30pm. 5-7 min drive away. Only downside is that there are not much F&B ard the areaRoom : big and spacious, very happy either size. They offer free underground parking, hence very convenient. There s a viewing gallery at top floor which offers stunning views of mount fuji.

    We are not feel comfortable and very disappointed for hotel staff not helpfulNot recommended stay this hotel and It was truly shocking to see women with their children wearing swimsuits and hotel pajamas while soaking in the hot springs..

    Made a booking online with a company that guaranteed best price.On arrival we inquired, and they beat the original price. They “called and canceled” our previous booking, which was paid for and said we would be refunded. We were then charged again at checkout.We were in-fact not refunded by either the hotel or online booker and they refuse to help. Now we have paid twice for what most would consider below average hotel.No laundry serviceBar not openCoffee not free at breakfastSmall “store” in the lobby selling cheap tourist trinkets Very nice view of a parking lotFor >$400 USD a night this place is lacking on so many levels.
