    The service at Andaz Tokyo was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. Our room was perfectly clean and offered a breathtaking view of the Tokyo Tower. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious. If you are planning a family vacation in Tokyo, this is the perfect hotel. We will definitely be back!

    Everything about this hotel is pure luxury. The rooms are well appointed and the bed is extremely comfortable. The rooftop bar is a must see and the views are amazing. We stayed in several luxury hotels on this trip and the breakfast at the Andaz was the best one! As for the location, it's only a 20 minute taxi ride or train ride to Ginza. My only feedback is if this is your first time to Tokyo, I do not recommend this location if you want to be in the center of Tokyo's nightlife. If you are looking to wake up or stay out late and be in the center of all the Tokyo action, and have quick access to affordable restaurants, Toranomon Hills may be a bit too quiet for you. If luxury and serenity is what you are looking for, then this is your vibe.

    We stayed at Andaz for our last night at Tokyo. The customer service and hospitality were fantastic. They upgraded us to Park view room and prepared a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. We will definitely come back again in the future

    From start to finish every part of this hotel stay was incredible. The staff couldn’t have done more to make the stay more special and the suite we had was absolutely breathtaking. The facilities, food and environment of the hotel are top class. I would come here any time I return to Tokyo.
