  All staff are an asset to the buisness, housekeeping never let us run out of supplies even when we had the do not disturb sign on the door they left us a bag full of toiletries and towels to make sure we was alright, the lads on the front desk are super!!   Very small room, and even smaller bathroom. Spotlessly clean, and basic storage. But well situated and with good metro coverage. The beds were comfortable.   Essential hotel for budget travellers

  Overall good experience.ROOM: small but surely larger than other hotels and Apa's. Clean, with all amenities to sleep, wash, and relax. I liked it.SERVICE: great! Staff was very nice, good English skills and maintained high standards of hygiene in common areas. HALL and CHECKIN/OUT: very small hall with only two counters plus the express check-in/out. Easy to get everything sorted. Staff will also let you leave your luggage for a morning there before departureBREAKFAST: included if wished, consists in a set menu with soup, eggs, veggies and unlimited drinks (coffee, juice, water) and bread. Quite nice but other APA offer a buffet breakfast. It is served in the adjacent cafe at the entrance (next to the lift). Open until 10.30am. LOCATION: conveniently located 5mins from Asakusabashi station, which is an easy and cheap trip to Narita and Haneda with the Asakusa Line, without having to get express trains which can be expensive, and close to Akihabara. Fantastic also to move around Tokyo with other lines and stopsAn important miss is the laundry service. You are forced to go elsewhere to wash clothes.   So this is my first time visiting japan. I checked in at this hotel on February 18th - February 23rd 2019. The first time I entered I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, I like the interior of the lobby that looks cool and modern. the lobby is not too big but functional with all facilities such as toilets, vending machines, ice dispensers and microwaves. This hotel is quite strategic because it is located near the heart of Japan. The position of the hotel is close to the train station and also close to the mini market. the first impression that I got from this hotel room was the size of the room was not large but the facilities were quite complete. This room is suitable for travelers who only need a place to sleep. Overall, great!   First time visiting Tokyo!

  My husband and I stayed at APA hotel as part of our Honeymoon. We knew it was a budget hotel and not always the most ideal for a honeymoon! However, the room was everything we needed in a base hotel. First of all the staff are friendly, and understanding. Our room was quite small which was to be expected in Tokyo but it had all the amenities that you could need and even had a little half tub bath! I would definitely ask for extra pillows as the one provided is like a gym mat. We had breakfast included which was a soup, egg & sausages and Rice or bread with refillable juices, this set us up for the day quite nicely. The reason I am giving this four stars is because of the location, the hotel is a 3 min walk to Asakusa Line which was ideal. We liked our stay here and would recommend this hotel!
