  Stayed for 4 nights 23/3-27/3 at the start of our Japan trip. Very convenient for arrival from Haneda airport Also on journey to Senso-ji, Asakusa and Tokyo station for Shinkansen. Extremely small room but most reviews say this, we found on later stays to book a twin room leaving a bit more space. As the motorway and major streets are adjacent to the hotel, you may hear the sound of cars in your room.   The rooms are very small (which we expected), but we were given a room on the top floor - it was very hot out and was even hotter in the hallway upstairs and our room. It did not make me feel very comfortable that there is not a fire escape (no stairs - only an elevator) which was unnerving to us if there was an emergency that we needed to evacuate the building.Only interaction with staff was on check in but they seemed annoyed that we were there.   Very central, but traffic is very loud. Many different metro lines within walking distance. Breakfast is a variety of Indian, Japanese and western dishes. Room is very small. Our hotel is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from the A1 exit of Takaracho Station on the Toei Asakusa Line and a 4-minute walk from the No. 1 exit of Kyobashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Located in the heart of Tokyo, it is convenient to go anywhere in the city. The rooms are designed from an ecological point of view to be compact and to reduce energy consumption.   Great location close to a few train stations. Very quiet for central toyko. Clean and tidy. Compact rooms so squishy if 2. Towels replaced daily. Room service after every 3rd night.Suggest bringing own coffee and milk (7eleven around corner) as only green tea satchet supplied. Front staff are pleasant but are no help with directions or tourist advice which is a shame.
