  Skip APA hotels, go to anyplace else.

  Hotel is horrible and unfriendly. Wanted to bring wife and child along; however, this hotel (unlike many others) doesn't have a crib that can be sent to rooms.This hotel has only two (2) parking spots and doesn't provide other means of parking.Pillow is not even a pillow, it's a flat cushion with a pillow case.There is NO COFFEE in this hotel, they provide an electric kettle and one packet of green tea.Front desk is completely unhelpful; when asking to speak to the manager they only allowed me to speak to another front desk clerk who relayed there was no way to file a complaint with their management and refused to provide an email address for the manager.Horrible experience, stay away. I've been in Japan 11 years and this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in all of my travels within country. I was forced to stay here during a work business trip, and from here on out I will pay out of pocket to never set foot in an APA property.   Booked a room two weeks ago only for it to be cancelled yesterday. Apparently the receptionist over booked. I wouldn't risk such an unreliable hotel. Hopefully this hotel will stop being advertised in other countries.   Small room but got everything you need and just a few minutes walk from train stations

  Great location : just a few minutes walk from either Kanda JR and Metro train stations. Kanda is one of the stations where connects to many train lines. Also surrounded by many restaurants and night life places. Rooms : small room as you can expect for Tokyo but amazingly has everything you need such as hair dryer, cloth racks, slippers and heater. Can get some noises from the trains since the hotel is very close to the tracks.   Convenient, clean, well-appointed, efficient rooms

  We stayed at this hotel at both the beginning and end of our trip for a total of five nights. Its close to transportation, the Tokyo Metro, and is nearby some decent restaurants. While the rooms are small, they're efficient, very clean, and quiet.   Rooms are a little small but that’s expected for Tokyo. price was not on the high end and the hotel could use some freshening up. Area is good and acceptable food around the area.
