  We stayed at at this hotel from the 7th of May 2025 to the 10th of May 2025. We were welcomed by your cheerful team at the reception and our check in was smooth and swift. The room was very neat and well organised with adequate stocks of all essentials. The location was ideal since it was close to the Hanzomon Station , two convenience stores and a few restaurants. The breakfast was a good spread of continental as well as Japanese dishes. Your staff really helped us to send our baggage to Osaka by a transport service - which was promptly delivered to us at our hotel in Osaka.   Convenient location close to station. Clean though small rooms. We coped fine. Good shower etc. We requested and got a quiet room at the back. Comfortable bed and pillows. Once we worked out the aircon, we had a comfortable cool temperature to sleep in.   Nice comfy room, strategic location

  Customer service was nice, the room was tiny for two people, but was is what we booked. Though small, the room was clean, had a TV, small fridge, desk, a comfy bed and a nice bathroom too. The bathroom looked as if it was recently refurbished which was nice, great water temperature. Also, it was great to have everything accessible within the hotel: laundry room, microwave, a restaurant and maybe even more (didn't have time to check it all out). Also it was nice to have express checkout. The location was great as it was close to a few convenience stores and the metro.

  Small but clean and well-equipped

  I stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was quite small, which seems common for APA hotels in Tokyo. Despite its size, it was clean with a very clean bathroom and lots of amenities. I suggest not bringing too much luggage due to limited space. The hotel has laundry facilities - 500 yen per wash and 100 yen for 30 minutes of drying. I found it very convenient.   Will never stay in an APA again

  I had two major issues. The first is I checked my bag at noon, and I went back to access it at 1pm. When I checked in at 3pm, I handed them my bag check ticket and said I would like to get my bag. I speak enough Japanese to say you have my bag and first want my bag. They kept trying to get me to check in, and I kept saying after, first I want my bag. They kept the claim ticket in their hands and just wouldn't get it for me. Finally someone spoke English asked for my passport. I said no I want my bag now and had to say now again. My passport was in my bag.Next, they have an incredibly stupid ac/heating system, and the first person to turn on the system controls it for all the rooms for a section of the floor. You have no control at all. At first I thought they said I cannot turn on AC, but ok, I'll turn down the temperature so that heat does not blow. I was in shorts and a t-shirt and nearly sweating, no way I could sleep. I couldn't even turn down the temperature for my room, someone else controlled it until they left their room and relinquished control.The least of my concern was there was trash on the floor in my room.
