  It was a bit tight for two people but we weren’t there to spend time in hotel. It was about sight seeing. Quieter area but several subways near by. Staff was very friendly and efficient. If you are two or more and staying a few days, I would suggest getting a bigger room. If they have it.   Typical city travellers hotel in Japan

  First impresions were that this was a very small room with nothing much outside worth opening the curtains for. Having subsrquently travelled across Japan I can say that it is pretty typical in that it is clean with good service and I would return.There are good metro links Hamancho is best and a nice stroll down the river withing 50m.Did not have breakfast - just a personal thing.Wifi good and free!Good security.Good lifts.Clean and functional bathroom.Helpful staff.   Small but efficiently designed rooms

  This classic business Japanese hotel is notoriously small but packs a punch with its efficient design. I stayed in a single room and with my luggage placed a corner, I kept bumping into the doors or the luggage. Despite its size, the room comes with everything that you would requires - from cutlery set, water heater and a mini fridge and a TV with the BBC World Service as the sole English channel. Despite being next to an expressway, my sleep was peaceful and I could hardly hear any sounds coming from the road. The bathroom is the smallest that I have seen and reminds me of those in the airplanes. If space isn’t an issue and you’re spending more time outside than in the room, then this hotel ticks all the right boxes. But I feel that this hotel room is too tiny to feel comfortable in it. The location is in a serene residential area. There are no major tourist sites or fast food joints nearby, but Peacock Supermarket and Family Mart are just a five-minute walk away; you just need to figure out to maneuver the streets. Hamacho Station is also nearby after you figure out directions via Google.   I am sitting in this hotel as I type this review. Read the other reviews and then read this one. This is a great hotel with friendly staff. It is very close to Hamacho Underground Station. I was on the 4th floor (non Smoking) and I could not hear the traffic passing on the elevated highway. I could hardly hear thunder from a storm caused by Typhoon Jebi. The room is small (this is Tokyo) but big enough for two. You probably won't be spending too much time in your room. The Room attendants were very thorough. Thank you. If you have hair ~:o) there is a hair dryer in the drawer under the desk and next to the coffee making drawer. Don't bring your Shampoo or Conditioner, it is supplied as is liquid soap. if you have to rise early you can enter a number on the house phone and it will ring at the time you have set. There is a washing machine and microwave on the second floor as mentioned in previous reviews. There is a Post Office on the same street, just walk away from the river same side as the hotel. Short cut to Hamacho U/Ground: Head away from the river and turn right at the first corner and cross over the cross walk at the main road then continue down to the Park. Walk diagonally across the park ensuring you walk past the multi storey building on your right then keep walking but keep left and you should arrive at the Lift/Elevator for Hamacho on the Shinjuku Line. It is not far.   I stayed in this hotel for 15 days For the first time i have came to Japan. Reached hotel in the mid night, however I didn’t know language. Unfortunately my card was also not working on initial 2-3 swaps, staff was very polite and good. They waited and made me comfort.Coming to room it was simply sooper i loved it. Good view attached few pics which i took from windowComplimentary breakfast:They survived bread,milk, egg, salad.
