    Great business style hotel good breakfast both Japanese and international vending machine and ice machine on each floor mini fridge in room along with kettle and hairdryer.     Location is ok, in the high end shopping area. Room was really small and the view from room was awful, room 826 i think, was looking out onto what looked like the top of a restaurant. Lifts can get busy. On the plus side it was clean and they provide pyjamas to wear for your stay which are replaced daily as are the towels. Breakfast was ok.     Best thing is the location - rooms are small

    We had booked a double standard room - it was so small (and we are not tall or big) the double bed was pushed against the wall so one of you had to climb over the other to get out! No wardrobe, just hangers on hooks on the wall. Bathroom was a good size and the water very hot.     Good location but room is just ok

    Very good location, close to metro station and all high end brands. Easy to get around. The room smells wierd, like mothballs instead of smell of aroma therapy scents. That make hotel value go down , contrast to the location and high end neighborhood. Instruction once check in was no room make up. Only empty trash and renew towels are available without bed making. However, I think I got pillow case changed added up with empty trash and new towels. Amenity are available at reception.
