    This was our third stay here, the location is great with so many dining and shopping options, you are spoiled for choice. Yes you are in Kabuchiko and you do need to keep an open mind to everything that goes on but it's safe, I've been out jogging in the 6am without feeling worried. The hotel staff are very friendly. Yes the rooms are small but clean, it's not unusual to have small rooms in Tokyo, recommend the twin room and there are some very large twin rooms which we were lucky to have allocated to us during one visit. The bed linen is changed every 3 days but fresh towels and bins emptied daily. Yes its a bit noisy on the lower floors but you get used to it, the views are amazing from the higher rooms. It's getting quite pricey for what you get but it's just the market and would recommend this hotel.

    This was our second stay and I would stay again. The room is not big but normal from our experience of Tokyo. The location is excellent in the heart of Shinjuku. If you like Godzilla it is a very nice place to stay. It’s a shame that you can’t get out onto the Godzilla terrace to see him closer up.

    We really enjoyed our stay in Tokyo and found this hotel was close to everything we needed to do. Shinjuku station was a 5 min walk from the hotel and there was plenty of different restaurants around. The area is busy but we expected that from being in Tokyo. Rooms were small but we again expected that, since this is a city hotel. No issues.

    I would never have guessed that Godzilla would be a good host, given that he was (famously) a very unpleasant visitor. This hotel maybe isn't the lowest price, but downtown hotels usually aren't. This gives you good value for your money. The room we had was tiny, compared to the room in Osaka, but it was immaculately clean and fully-equipped. There was no iron and ironing board; I would have liked one of those. Very nice breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. The location in Shinjuku is the best feature, in my opinion: the Shinjuku Metro station is only two blocks away, so you can travel to pretty much anything you want to see in the city. Shinjuku is a pretty lively neighborhood itself, as a matter of fact: the area around the hotel is full of restaurants and clubs, and there was even a J-pop music event on the Saturday night when we were there.Good job, Godzilla!

    A fun stay in the heart of Kabukicho

    This is my second time staying at the Hotel Gracery. Located right in the heart of Kabukicho, it is an incredible experience for the sound, lights and entertainment. The hotel has a 7/11 underneath, as well as a Starbucks located 5 minutes away and a number of restaurants. It is handy being 5/10 minutes from Shinjuku station. The Godzilla theme makes this hotel quirky and fun. You cannot go out onto the balcony to see the Godzilla. The bar has Godzilla themed drinks and desserts.Please be advised that the rooms are small - suitcases can be stored open under the bed. You do see the lights from the streets below and music can he heard. The rooms are incredibly clean.Overall, the staff were polite, welcoming and helpful. There is a luggage sending service located in the lobby too.
