  Free shuttle bus between Haneda Airport and hotel

  From Terminal 3 Arrivals at Haneda Airport, you'll find the hotel shuttle bus by making your way towards Haneda Airport Garden—right before entering it (there will be a "Haneda Airport Garden" sign, you take the elevator or escalator located in front of it, down to the 1st floor/outside. Make sure it's the elevator/escalator right in front of it and not the ones before that. Once outside, that's the area where the bus will pull in. Just look out for a white bus with the JAL City logo on it. Last bus leaves at 00:55.It drops off/picks up between the hotel's main building and West Wing. Even though we arrived late at night we were still warmly welcomed by the female front desk employee who kindly assisted our check-in and patiently shared various information.Our general experience with the room for a one-night stay was that it was new, modern, clean, and comfortable. Only downside we encountered was the pajamas which were low quality and itchy. In the morning, housekeeping were quiet and considerate while working on nearby rooms as to not disturb guests.   Budget hotel and small

  I considered this a budget hotel due to its small space and limited service. The best parts are its proximity to the Haneda airport and free shuttle bus to the airport. The room is big enough to have a small chair and a double bed. When I sat down on the chair my knees were 6 inches away from the bed. The bed is placed against a corner, making one of us difficult to get up from the other side. There was not much room to put 2 medium size baggages. The washroom size was acceptable for one person use. The other issue was the hotel has 2 separate buildings. When we walked from the Amanpri Inari train station we saw the main hotel building first . But it was the wrong building. We had to walk to the second building to check in. The staff said many customers did the same thing and then redirected to the other building when there is no signs outside advising the customers. The second building is a new one that uses kiosks to check in like the airport. A staff had to help us as normally we would go to the front desk to check in. If we want to have breakfast we need to go back to the main building.   Give this one a miss

  I booked this hotel six months in advance, on the basis of two things, 1. I was with my family so booked twin bed rooms, 2. it was a JAL hotel with a JAL Haneda Bus service and I was flying out on a JAL flight.When we arrived we were given two double rooms and when I went to ask why they said that they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do about it! My son was offered a sheet and bedding so he could sleep on the floor, leaving the double bed to my daughter. Again, I had booked six months in advance for twin rooms to ensure that my children had separate beds.Next thing was the bus service that only went to Terminal 1 when we needed to go to the airport. Not a massive thing but given that I had booked everything JAL, I would have expected the services to "line up". So I could be dropped off at the right terminal for my flight. I was booked for Terminal 3 and could only be dropped off at Terminal 1. Luckily the bus driver was excellent and helped us find the free connection bus from Terminal 1 to 3. Had I have known that none of the services were going to be linked up, I would have chosen a different location/brand of hotelThe rooms were tiny and not very well equipped. The air con was a lesson in using Google Translate to get them to work. The beds were uncomfortable and a was clearly too tall for them (at 6'2"). None of this would have mattered if the Hotel Manager on shift at the time we arrived was anything near to pleasant.   Hotel close to airport with shuttle and breakfast

  Nice, clean hotel room with comfortable bed. Hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle you can take which runs every 30min-1hour (this was reason behind our booking: we stayed here the night before departure) The lobby has a nice sitting area and coffee/tea machines for use. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. Breakfast buffet was included and located next door. There was definitely more traditional japanese breakfast options, but there was also a selection of more American foods. Seems like many Japanese airline staff use this hotel, at breakfast we were surrounded by pilots and flight attendants!   Don’t Unpack Anything

  Don’t bother unpacking because there is nowhere to put anything. This room was so small that it is not even worth taking anything out of your suitcase. There are no drawers or shelves for your clothes. There is a tiny closet which has a suitcase stand only big enough for a carry on. There were 2 beds sitting side by side so you cannot even get into the bed without crawling in from the foot of the bed. There are no end tables. I have a cpap machine which I just had to skip using since I would have had to sleep with it in the actual bed. There is absolutely no counter space in the bathroom. There is room for your toothbrush and not much more. They give you one miniature pillow. Since I have sleep apnea and could not use my cpap machine, I called to get extra pillows. They told me I could only have one. The room was hot so we tried to lower the temp to cool it off. The lowest temp allowed is 20 Celsius which they constantly reset to 24. They list a safe among the very few amenities but that is a lie as there was none. The bed was hard and the breakfast (at the hotel down the block) was not good. They don’t even give you a bottle of water in your room. Thank goodness this was just an overnight stay because it was close to the airport.
