  Couldn’t ask for better. Perfectly comfortable bed and pillows, spotless room, lovely staff and 3 min walk from the metro. Also, Yotsuya has a lot of nice cafes popping out down the side roads. A nice location too, not too manic. Plenty of good restaurants around and cheap earring spots too.   Close enough to Shinjuku without the chaos

  Great hotel amenities, larger room than we envisioned. Window looking out to the streets and able to get some fresh air when needed. Staff were helpful and helped us book luggage transfer between Tokyo & Kyoto. Great location close to Yotsuya station and plenty of restaurants around for food.   Very good location to visit Tokyo

  It was an ok stay. I would say perfect location to visit Tokyo as you have 2 subway and 2 JR pass lines at the Tosuya subway, 5 minutes walking from the hotel. There is also a food and bars alley where we have eaten and did karaoke the first night: indeed very nice!! The rooms are very small we asked for twin beds but we got a double bad one.breakfast 7 euro per day on the top is very ok, when we left reception could not book a taxi at 8:30 am (wired), so we did it via Uber.   Hotel stinks of cigarettes everywhere!!

  Very small rooms which I expectedBut what I didn’t expect was to be given a smoking room and even tho I appealed to be given a non smoking room they couldn’t/wouldnt, I was sharing a room with my husband, my Mother and niece had requested a twin room but were given a double and again they couldn’t/wouldn’t change it, their customer service at reception is non existent, we were only there for 2 nights thank goodness! And the whole Hotel stunk of cigarettes.We paid extra for the breakfast as it was convenient, this was surprisingly ok and was very cheap, I think it was typical Japanese and was def worth it. ホテル京阪 東京四谷, オーナー at Hotel Keihan Tokyo Yotsuya, responded to this review Thank you very much for staying at Hotel Keihan Tokyo Yotsuya.We apologize for not being able to change rooms due to non-smoking rooms and twin rooms being unavailable during your stay. Regarding the smell of cigarettes in the smoking room, we used ozone deodorizer, but it is difficult to completely remove the smell. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.   Bad Service Front desk ( young Boy )

  First , Bad service front desk I never seen before !! Just ignored us when we are asking for assistance. I was asking to call a car rental company to check an available vehicle. They was telling us , this is not part of their job responsibilities. I was telling them we can’t speak Japanese language, I hope you may assist us . They are just ignore until I show them this is part of your service to assist your customers questions or problems.Second , bad location , not suit for traveling .
