  Very Nice Place in Tokyo - near Tsukiji Fish Market

  Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande is a nice property, new, clean and its relatively close to Tsukiji Fish Market with the Tsukiji station about 200 m away from the hotel. Lots of places to eat at. When we were in Osaka we stayed at the same Keihan chain - Keihan Namba and found both Keihan properties to be quite comfortable and well located establishments.

  Fantastic location and clean hotel - we checked in for 6 nights, left for Osaka (left our bags here and they held them securely) and then returned for another 2 nights. Hotel is clean and in a great location 2 mins from subway. I recommend going with the comfort rooms as they are much larger than standard. Highly recommended for your stay in Tokyo.

  Wow. This place is perfect. 25 minute walk from Tokyo station and a 5-minute walk to the fish market. We got a bigger room and it was set up just right. Checking was Wallace as they were expecting us. That is always a good sign.

  Peaceful and calm location, great service

  Away from the crowded streets and hustle bustle of crowded Tokyo streets like Ginza, Roppongi or Shinjuku. This place was very quiet and had a peaceful and calm vibe. We booked this last minute as there was some issues with our hotel that we booked in Ginza and so had to make amends in our plans. But I must say was a blessing as we found this hotel last minute which was cost effective compared to Ginza and had better and bigger rooms. We were a family of three so the room had 3 single beds which were great and comfortable (we all slept like a baby after a few days of tiring skiing). Despite 3 beds the room had good space for bags and walking around which is rare to find in Tokyo. Bathroom was great size too and kept very modern and clean. Location is quite good too as its very close to 2 train lines and 3-4 mins walk from each station. The train lines connect to most places in Tokyo and very convenient for public transport. There is a Family Mart right opposite which is quite big and has fresh sandwiches and food too. There is a small park right besides the hotel which was great for our early morning walks in the cold. Loved every bit of this hotel and would definitely recommend for small families.

  The hotel in itself is pleasant and the staff try to be helpful.The selection of drinks and extra amenities are a nice touch!We tried to have dinner in the hotel restaurant but it was closed for a private function which was a shame as we would have spent a fair amount of money.The seating area is comfortable but there is no place for making drinks or a place away from the general public.The bed I didn’t find very comfortable but the cleaning staff had been in every day and made the bed and fresh PJs!The shower/bath unit was a nice touch it’s an enclosed unit so the sink and the toilet are separate.Sadly we counsels pre book our taxis to the cruise ship so we were at the mercy of the drivers in the morning.Nicely located in a very quiet area with some nice restaurants to choose from!
