  Room was quite small.

  Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Very chic looking with comfortable bed. However our room was quite small and not suited for staying more than 1 night. We had 2 suitcases after leaving cruise ship, so had to move them around the room when going to bathroom etc. There was a lot of things in the room eg cups, tissue box so storage was a problem. We found the shower quite poor in relation to pressure. Room ideal for one night for one person.

  Don’t get the breakfast!

  Obviously small rooms,but average I suppose for Tokyo. The beds were adequate,need better pillows though. I got the impression the front desk staff were a little snooty when we checked in. No reason to be as this hotel is definitely not high end. A little too cute and feminine for my tastes ,especially travelling with my son. Maybe women might like it,but I will not stay again.Only one place to plug in phones,chargers,tablets,AirPods etc. Not good enough in this day and age.Very quiet location if that’s what you are looking for. Lastly DO NOT get the breakfast. I’m not sure what they were striving for but they failed miserably. Only thing edible was the toast and jam. Possibly the tiny bite of salmon also.I asked the individual in charge very nicely if he could boil a couple eggs as the scrambled egg mess was cold and looked water disgusting.He replied snootily “no he could not”Not sure what we paid for,toast I guess.Go eat elsewhere!

  Nice hotel, nice location but a little small

  This is a nice hotel in a good location with inexpensive parking, friendly helpful staff but be prepared for very small rooms. The breakfast is “western” but nothing like we eat in the west although you wouldn’t leave hungry.   concerns room 316;For over 30,000 yen this is a disgrace.Ancient second-hand furniture / no free socket for the coffee machine / life-threatening wiring / holey bed linen / entrance area of ​​the apartment looks creepy and poor / wooden parquet is slowly peeling off.The responsible manager should be replaced - no quality control!!!The employees cannot be prosecuted for this.In my 3 weeks in Japan with 18 hotel visits, the cheap hotel chains (from 6,000 yen) were worlds better.

  Nice little hotel with good service

  The hotel is in Ginza which is a nice area to stay in and is fairly close to the station, not far to walk .We were on the 8th. Floor in a typical small room for a business type of Japanese hotel.Nice friendly staff, the room had great free wifi, a bathroom with a bath.a fridge .
