  Nice small hotel close to the Ginza main road - rooms are a bit small - bedding good - staff very friendly - all amenities - 7/11 1st floor

  This hotel was in an ideal location for its access to key train lines which enabled us to access sites such as : easy train (1.5 h) from Narita airport Tokyo station , Asukasa, Ginza, tsijuki outer fish market, Shibuya, and even take a day trip to the seaside town , Kamakura. It is set on a quiet street as well. So, returning from a day of sightseeing doesn’t require you navigate the big crowds. It is small and we had a moderate double. This had a small sitting area. Luggage is a challenge but two carry ons work . The room had everything we needed. We love the separate shower/ toilet from the bedroom . They provide fresh linen each day with two bottles of water and sleep masks. They leave this outside your door.   Do not stay here - worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. More so, we lost our wallet that had a hotel key in it and were charged for it.   The hotel location is fantastic, there are loads of amenities that can be picked up from reception, it has access to the convenience store downstairs but is secure from outsiders entering (swipe required for lifts). The staff were lovely and also spoke English. We found the stay to be comfortable but I would not recommend it for a long stay because the room was very compact (which seems to be the norm in Tokyo). The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was modern and clean however it was very small, there was not enough space to open our suitcases. This room would be fine for 1 night or for a single person but it is quite small for a couple.   I had a good experience with staff they were friendly but I staid for 5 nights and by the 3rd night I thought it was just a rash but then by my check out I had bed bug bites come up on my legs. They say they clean the rooms but when they cleaned my room my bedsheets and pillow case wasn’t changed.
