  We stayed in a family room, which was large enough to accommodate four of us comfortably (though with limited floor space). The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Daimon station and Hamamatsucho station. Direct trains to Narita (70 minutes) and Haneda (20 minutes). There is one Indian restaurant within walking distance.   Excellent staff and a friendly welcoming environment. Close to train stations, restaurants and places to see and do with families.Room size was as expected (unlike another reviewer) and comparable with other hotels we’ve stayed in.   Dirty Old Small and Lazy

  Hotel room is very extremely small and old.. We paid 29sqm room but it’s only about 18-20sqm it’s tiny small and difficult to even open suitcase. It’s very dishonest to our experience. We paid 270 pounds per night which is not cheap but it looks like 1-2stars hotel !!They use”eco plan” as excuse to NOT CLEANING your room. If you want you have to pay 500yen per day to get it cleaned. Which is UNBELIEVABLE!!! We travel many countries and this hotel we paid suppose to be a mid range hotel but it turned out like super budget cheap hotel! And we got there right after May golden holiday which is not peak season at all. We also booked a 30sqm room in Kyoto (a total different hotel) and their 30sqm looks almost 30 and it’s more honest and we had a good comparison so it’s fair to say the Tokyo Maystays Premier hotel is way too small to it’s listed sqm! We sincerely apologize that our guest rooms did not meet your expectations despite your stay.We offer an eco plan for consecutive nights, which does not include cleaning during your stay. Since there is no cleaning, the accommodation fee is set low, but amenities and towels are provided free of charge, and we also collect garbage.   5 minutes walk to subway but far enough from the busy city noise. Perfect location for me

  The all you can eat American breakfast buffet earned the stars. There’s a blend of Japanese breakfast but the American offerings sealed the deal. The desk attendants were more than happy to assist with calling a taxi. The rooms were always tidy when I got back each day. The location of this Hotel is surrounded by high rise buildings and in the cleanest area of Tokyo.
