  If you ever come to stay here bring your own cleaning products! They only cleaned the room twice during a 9 day stay. The bathroom smelled. The bedsheets were dirty. The staff was indifferent at best and did not speak English or any language other than Japanese. I earnestly recommend you chose to stay somewhere else while in Tokyo.

  Staff was friendly and welcoming and able to answer questions about the hotel and neighborhood. Self-service amenities were provided on the second floor near the 24-hour reception desk. The rooms were small but efficiently laid out; the bathrooms were large and luxurious. Slippers and robes included in each room was a nice touch. Extra blankets were available on request. We could have paid for the breakfast buffet in advance, but chose to pay each morning. As the hotel is very close to a subway entrance and a train station, it was a very convenient base for exploring Tokyo.

  Clean compact hotel in a convenient and quiet part of Akihabara. The room for single person is extremely small even by Tokyo standard, but clean. I was a bit disappointed because I had an excellent experience staying at Hotel Resol in Kyoto and may have some unrealistic expectations simply because they belong to the same chain. Pros: convenient location and decent price point, clean rooms.Cons: no on-site laundry facility, extremely small room, and front desk personnel, except one lady named Dao (sp?), were not half as informative or nice as those at Resol Hotel in Kyoto. I also had trouble with the mini split in my room and was not able to turn down the heating or turn off the unit at all. It felt like a furnace. Fortunately the window can be opened. But that also let in street noise.Overall it is an OK experience.

  Great quiet hotel in Akihabara

  Very nice and clean hotel just a little off of the beaten path in Akihabara, which made our stay a little more quiet and less frenetic than hotels nearer the train station. The restaurant at the hotel is superb.

  Great location close to two stations (Akihabara and Kanda). The room was clean and very quiet, despite the proximity of the railway line, we couldn't hear any trains passing by. Very good breakfasts.
