    Very nice hotel in central Tokyo

    We arrived for our two night stay several hours before our official check-in time. Fortunately, our room was ready so the front desk staff allowed to check in early for a small fee. After traveling all night I was glad to pay it. The staff was efficient and friendly and the room was comfortable, if not a bit small by American hotel standards. No worries since we were just there to take a shower and sleep. Beds were comfortable, but on the firm side. Our room overlooked the front of the hotel, but street noise was negligible since the street was not heavily traveled. What really stood out for us was the on-site restaurant. We ate there several times and enjoyed every meal. The food was well prepared and tasty. It was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

    The Sunroute Ginza hotel is a nice place to stay. It is quiet yet central, so you are everywhere in no time. The metro is nearby, and there are plenty of eateries nearby. The mattresses are sturdy and the hotel is clean. They even give you pajamas! You can forward your luggage, and there is a konbini nearby. The only downside is that there is no washing machine, coffee machine or TV channels. The sockets are also not always in the most convenient place.

    Nice staff. Hotel is located in a nice area. It is very small hotel , no lounge area or bar. Room was very small hotel, with the bed up against the window. A double room , with not much room. No where to put suitcase, it was hard work being in such a tiny room. The breakfast was poor really, not much choice and only one cereal which was granola. Positives , very clean , good room amenities, good location.

    Positives Friendly and courteous staff.Very cleanBathroom amenities very goodNegativesVery , very small room. Bed up against the window , my husband had to climb over me in bed to get out. No room for us both and 2 large suitcases. Not alot of choice at breakfast , quite poor, food was luke warm. Only granola for a cereal. Appeared to cater for Japanese tastes . No lounge or bar area. If I had known really how small this hotel was I wouldn’t have chosen it.

    Good value but the charge for the superior room was more, but it was exactly the same as the standard room

    This hotel is in a great location and is great value for money. The breakfast good and the rooms while small were comfortable. I booked a standard room for two and then when I went to book a second room, only a superior room was available. However both rooms were exactly the same, even though one cost more. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and the metro was close by, making it easy to get around tokyo
