    A Pleasure Room

    rating07 Dec 2019

I stayed at the JR-EAST HOTEL METS MUSASHISAKAI for two nights. The staff was beyond helpful. It was my first time in Tokio and I couldn’t stay in a better place. The room was clean. I loved the bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfy. I would certainly stay in this place again. Also the area has many good places to eat. Big thumbs up.

Clean hotel and amazingly welcoming and kind staff. However the rooms are tiny and hot. The windows don’t open and things were a little stuffy. The biggest issues:- no WiFi in reception or in cafe attached toHotel. That made it hard to meet with colleagues and work. - breakfast in cafe downstairs was pretty basic and not especially filling or nutritious.

Excellent business hotel next to Musashi-Sakai train station

    rating01 Apr 2018

I've stayed two times in this hotel. It has comfortable rooms, although small for occidental standards, equipped with WiFi. Breakfast choices include a japanese-style choice in an associated local nearby and a regular occidental-style breakfast in the coffee shop located in next to the hotel lobby. Personnel is friendly and helpful.

    Beyond my expectations!

    rating22 May 2017

I stayed for three nights and it was much better than I expected. It's just right next to Musashisakai station. Surrounding area has everything you need. A huge supermarket, bookstore, restaurants. Quiet and safe! The elevator is secured with room key card. You have two restaurants choice for your breakfast. Not too far from Kichijoji and you also can go to Tokyo, Shinjuku and Nakano stations straight by Chuo Line. During the cherry blossom season, you can take a bus to International Christian University and Nogawa park area for picnic. It will be lesser stress than going Ueno park. For the hotel, I have no complaints at all. You might think it's far from the central Tokyo area, but much less expensive staying in Shinjuku and totally worth it. Of course the area is not touristy at all, but great place you can feel a bit taste of living in normal Japanese life. Thumb up recommend-hotel in Tokyo!

    A quiet treasure, tucked away...

    rating08 Feb 2017

this is a very quiet hotel, with great staff and service...I stayed four nights on work and found everything just perfect..the rooms are very clean, the ensuite bathrooms sparkle and have everything you need...my only complaint is that the Excelsior cafe, where guests are served breakfast might have some vegetarian options on the set menu! the little village around the hotel has some nice cafes and restaurants as well...a good place..
