  Good hotel though a distance from the main train station

  We initially booked a hotel near this but after reading the reviews, we decided to switch to this hotel. The hotel is near the Airport Limousine Bus stop at a nearby hotel which mare it convenient coming from both the airports serving Tokyo. However the nearest train station was about 10-15 minutes walk away.The hotel adhered strictly to the check-in hour of 3pm but we were allowed to store our luggage there. At the ground level, there’s a convenience store as well as opposite the hotel. In the vicinity, a few cafes and convenience stores were also closed by. The room levels needed the room access card when using the lifts. The lifts can go to the first floor below the lobby where one can access the breakfast room and the convenience store. It also offered a way for those with mobility issues on a wheelchair to get to the ground level.The room was clean and small but functional, just as most hotels in Japan were. There was coin laundry available on level 10 as well. A nice gesture was that cold towels kept in fridge at the lift lobby was provided likely due to the hot weather for the past few weeks.A good hotel if you want to stay in this area but could be a challenge for those with mobility issues or old folks like us.

  This was home during my 8 days in Tokyo. Accesible when taking airport limousine which is just a few minutes from pick up & drop off point (washington hotel).Buses and trains are surrounding it so going around tokyo is even easier. I’ve booked day tours and the pick up locations are all walking distance. Shopping areas, restaurants are steps away & amazingly there is a convenience store at the ground floor. Room was small(understandable as mostly hotel rooms here are same size) but clean,complete with amenities and even equipped with an air purifier.

  I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is consistently clean, quiet, and comfortable with very friendly staff who are always willing to help. The last time I visited I was not well and the reception staff allowed me to check in early which helped a great deal in that I could rest straight away.I thank you for your kindness and look forward to seeing you again soon.

  Overall the hotel is ok, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The coin laundry is a plus. The location is a bit far from the Shinjuku (main) station, about 10-13 minutes of walk. On a hot day, the walk can be brutal. There is a WE bus stop in front of the hotel, 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻The biggest turnoff is the mattress firmness. It is so hard, each day I wake up with a body ache. I wish the mattress is a bit softer, and if cannot be, would the hotel provide a mattress topper? The hotel is fine if you’re looking for something cheap.

  The hotel was a 4 minute walk from the Airport Limousine (bus) stop outside Shinjuku Washington Hotel. Room was clean, beds comfortable and the free breakfast was a welcome start to the day. Shinjuku Station was a less than 10 minute walk, Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building which has free entry to the observatory is a 5 minute walk away and there is also Tochōmae Station on the Odeo Line in the building. There is a Convenience Store attached to the hotel. Definitely a very good budget hotel, small but comfortable.
