    Loved the stay, luxurious rooms

    Amazing location, right outside Tokyo station. Tokyo station itself is such a historical landmark, and the area is has a nice vibe, it’s very happening. The hotel itself is very luxurious and has a classic luxury feel. The rooms are done up very well, the upholstery is luxurious, the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is great as well with some really nice toiletries. The only downside is that the rooms are small, which is to be expected of Tokyo hotels. It can get a bit cramped for even 2 people. But that said, the service is very prompt and polite. One can see the trains from the rooms. Lot of food options nearby and connectivity to rest of Tokyo is great as well. All metro lines connect at Tokyo station making it very convenient. Would highly recommend staying here.

    "We just finished an amazing 4-night stay at the Marunouchi Hotel and couldn’t be happier. The location is unbeatable, right across from Tokyo Station, making it so easy to explore the city. Our room had a breathtaking view of the station and the iconic red-brick building—watching the Shinkansen glide in was a highlight. The in-room amenities were excellent, including high-quality toiletries and cozy nightwear. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Truly a refined and peaceful sanctuary in a busy city!"

    My wife and I stayed for five nights ealier this month in a Corner Comfort King room. Our stay was delightful. The front desk staff and concierge were very helpful, especailly when JAL had to cancel one of our flights. Both the Teppan restaurant Daiyasu (where we dined twice) and the cigar lounge were extremely well done. Housekeeping was thorough, discreet and without over the top sustaiability messaging. I have been coming to Japan for over 40 years now and this was one of the most enjoyable stops as a stand alone experience. This is a hotel I would gladly be a repeat guest as I think it offers value for the rates charged given location, convenience, service and comfort in central Tokyo. For the staff gokurosama!

    Perfect location, next to the Tokyo Station

    This hotel can serve as a base for exploring different areas of Tokyo because of its superb location next to Tokyo Station. Other than that, it connects directly to a mall, Oazo. Other than that, a lot of different malls are within walking distance. The room is small, but it has a really smart design that makes the most of every space to serve different purposes. Therefore, you don't even feel annoyed because of the small size. Also, the hotel has an ice machine and a water dispenser near the elevator for guests to use. My small complaint is that you can clearly hear the noise from the Tokyo Station. So, if you are a light sleeper, this is something that you will need to seriously consider.

    We only spent one night here before our flight back home the next day. We were very impressed with the location and value for money. We had a corner room which was not that spacious, but adequate. If we return to Tokyo, we will definitely stay here.
