    Close to monorail and affordable

    It’s a small hotel very close to monorail and subway station (5 min walk) . There’s a convenient store in front of the hotel. The rooms are very clean and well organized. The room is very small but if you don’t have two big suitcases it should be ok. The checkout time was 10 am. So I left my suitcase at hotel after the checkout and could walk in the city without hassle . The staff is very friendly. The noise isolation is good. I did not hear anything on the 9th floor. For the price of 60$ per night it was a good value and only 20 min ride from the airport by monorail. The internet always not the fastest but still acceptable.

    We were arriving late into Haneda airport and also had a morning flight back home from there. So I booked this place as it is very near the Hamamatsucho Monorail station. The location is very good, but the hotel itself is actually tucked in from the street so it is not easy to see the hotel sign. Google map does help.There is a Family Mart co-located with the hotel so it is convenient if you need anything.The hotel also took two of our big luggage for no charge while we went for a trip to areas outside Tokyo. We returned to the same hotel on the last night of our trip and retrieved them, no trouble.We left the hotel at 6am for the Monorail station to take our 9am flight. Check out was very easy. We rode the 6:15 express monorail to Haneda airport. It only took us about 20 minutes which was great.

    Nicer and bigger than most Japanese Business Hotels

    The room was bigger than we expected and it was very modern and convenient. Though somewhat small by western standards the room was well laid out and it was easy to keep three big suitcases and not let then get in the way. The rooms are new and clean and comfortable.

    Just back from TOKYO for Biz trip . Quick Summary of the hotel :- 5 to 10-min walk from Hamamatsucho Station-Monorail (From Haneda Airport)- 2-3 min walk to Daimon Station (A-Line & E-Line)= Mean U are easily access to any place in TokyoIn term of Food, there’s 7-11 or family mart around the hotel. Surrounding it has lot of restaurants , & more option by walk 10min to Shimbashi where U can party whole night.Highly recommended for tourist & Biz visit as price is very reasonable.
