  I stayed at the Millennium Mitsui Garden Hotel for 5 day and 4 nights in a superior room with two large twin beds. If you're having trouble picturing two large twin beds, they are similar to a full size bed in my opinion (not to be confused with a queen). I was completely fine at 5'7, but my feet were at the bottom of bed. Someone taller than that might be uncomfortable. The bathroom had a great shower and separate tub. The toilet was in a separate room which I liked. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable with a few signs of wear and tear. The real gem here is the location in the heart of Ginza. After all the shopping, it was so easy to drops bags off at the hotel and head back out to explore more.   Run Down Hotel - Very Disappointing

  We expected much more based on reviews. Tiny room, horrible smell from the bathroom and very run down. Breakfast was disappointing and the towels and sheets felt like we were at a very low end hotel.   Clean, quiet hotel close to transit

  Highly recommend this hotel. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained, the rooms are clean and quiet. The space is small but it’s functional. The location is central in Ginza to walk to shops and restaurants but it’s so close to the train; it was very convenient! The customer service is remarkable.   Great Location, Middling facilities, Corporate nonsense

  Stayed 11 nights here in November on a business trip. Location is excellent. The room was pleasant if predictably quite small. However, the facilities feel somewhat lacking. The basement restaurant lacks ambiance, is rarely available to use as a public space, and doesn't operate as a bar, so doesn't work as a meeting point. The lobby is otherwise rather small. If there was a public bath on site, as some photos on the site suggest, then it was well hidden. Lastly, and most galling, I provided my Mitsui Garden loyalty number at check-in--only after checking out was I informed that I earned no points whatsoever for the thousands of dollars that I'd spent because I booked the hotel through my corporate travel site (as most of us in the corporate world must). Had I known this, I would have changed hotels immediately. Contacting their support had the same effect as talking to a wall and got me nowhere--no empathy, no willingness to listen much less understand. The Mitsui Garden policies around Loyalty certainly don't match my expectations at all.
